Nothing to run home about. The facility is nice and well maintained. It's nice to see a place there instead of an empty building. Anyhow, I opened up a bank account with the lowell five when I was in the second grade. That's a long long time ago. Put money in the bank through the years. Even still have my original bank book. -proud to not have lost it- What it all comes down to though, is I have lived in NH for so long that there was no point of me having a lowell five bank account, as over the years I have established accounts elsewhere that were more convenient for me. So I go to close out my account, and they refused! Because my signature didn't match from the second grade. WELL OBVIOUSLY IT DOESN'T MATCH! I've actually learned how to properly sign my name since I was 6. Ugh! After getting every employee in there to determine if I was who I really am or not (so embarrassing), I was finally able to close out the account. I'm sure this doesn't happen every day so I can't be too hard on them.
