Great service! My car alarm kept going off overnight and they took my vehicle right in on arrival, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very nice staff, great waiting area. Highly recommend!

Wasn’t really planning to trade my XC60, but on a random busy day last month I visited Lovering Volvo in Nashua. While it was busy in the showroom I still felt well looked after. I feel like I got a solid deal on a like new 2024 and I am loving my new XC40. Nick M and service manager were helpful and responsive. I appreciated the time Nick took when I picked up my vehicle to show me all the new features and quick tips before
I drove off. Comfortable and responsive service area and I plan to have my car serviced there as well.

Until we met Nick McIntyre, there seemed little that differentiated Volvo from other vehicles in the class. However, Nick demonstrated his extensive working knowledge of every aspect of the XC40 and, more importantly, shared relevant information at the right time and at the right level of detail to put Volvo solidly on top. Nick's salesmanship is a "just right" level of engagement - a testament to his skill in assessing the customer needs and his confidence in the Volvo product. Kudos to Nick and the Lovering Team.

I would like to commend the Nashua Service Department and specifically Patty who fielded my call and Adam who took care of coordination of my repair.
On the Friday of Labor Day weekend, I received a Low Pressure tire warning and found that I had a piece of slate lodged in the side of my tire. Though the Service Department was heavily booked, Patty was able to coordinate with Adam to, not only order a replacement tire of the correct size and get it there on time, but to "squeeze me in" to get my tire replaced prior to the following work week. This allowed me to be in-person and present for an important work meeting the following Tuesday morning.
This speaks very highly of the positive customer service attitude that I saw exhibited at Lovering. Thanks again to both Patty and Adam for both being super helpful in resolving what I anticipated might be a more stressful situation.

Got a vehicle inspection done here. Stephen and Adam were great! Friendly and very knowledgeable, it instilled a sense of comfort in knowing my car would be thoroughly inspected and safe to operate.

The Lovering team made me feel very welcomed! Nick (Sales Mgr) was very straightforward and transparent about my pull ahead lease process and worked with me to find my next lease at the best price! My sales rep, Jeff, was super approachable, genuinely kind, and professional. He made the process so simple and I couldn’t recommend him enough. The finance team was super easy to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Harrison again on the purchase of my 2024 xc90 T8 Recharge. He made the whole process really easy, took the stress out of buying a new car, and overall is great to work with! I also have to give a shoutout to the sales manager Nick for really going above and beyond with helping get the numbers to what I was comfortable with.

We purchased a volvo last month, we were assisted by Nick Mcintyre and Nick Dota.
