I have two experience with LongsJewelry. They replaced a stone in my Mother's Ring and replaced batteries on some watches. Both experiences were great. Reasonable priced and very friendly.

I am so unbelievably impressed with both the amazing customer service of Samantha, the salesperson I had the pleasure of working with, and the final result of my engagement ring!Samantha worked one on one with me for months to customize my Fiancés engagement ring. I gave her my budget and she was able to show me a wide range of beautiful natural diamonds and after selecting the perfect one, Samantha worked with me to develop the setting. After months of back and forth correspondence Samantha was able to pinpoint my exact needs (and wants!).From there Samantha made sure that the Jewlers produced exactly what I wanted, and Samantha corresponded with me every step of the way! Obviously my Fiancé said yes when I proposed and I’d like to think that I’m just an awesome guy, but deep down I know the presentation of such a beautiful piece of art created by Longs influenced her final decision.I genuinely could not be more grateful for Samantha G. and her willingness to go above and beyond for me. I will be a customer for life because of her and I could not be more impressed with the quality and professionalism of the service she provided.Shout out to the jewlers steady hand!Can’t wait to build the wedding ring with Samantha, and anniversary ring, gifts, etc. like I said, Samantha’s hard work, dedication, trustworthiness, and professionalism made me a life long customer of Longs Jewlers in Nashua NH. My shopping experience at Long's Jewelers in Nashua, New Hampshire, was exceptional. A+ Derek, my sales associate, provided top-notch service, guiding me through my first Rolex purchase with expertise and enthusiasm. The store's atmosphere was welcoming, overall layout was well manicured and cleanliness was top tier. I left feeling confident in both my watch choice and the overall experience. Will be back again for sure Highly recommend Longs for all your luxury watch needs.

Been a customer here for almost 3 years now. I work mostly through Alex but have had the pleasure of meeting so many different members of the Long's team in the process across their locations.Alex is a top notch and has been taking care of my wife and myself every step of the journey through engagement, marriage and watch collecting. He has a customer service focused attitude and takes the effort to get to know you and your needs.As a person who steers towards no brand loyalty, I was surprised at how this relationship unfolded. I will be a life long customer. This is a testament to how they treat their customers.Looking forward to many more milestones to celebrate with the Long's family!

I made the unfortunate mistake of working with Timothy Driscoll at this location. In December of 2022, Timothy worked with me to place an order for 3 different Rolex's, hoping to get one as soon as it's available. I waited and waited before making another visit months later to check on the status and was told that all I can do is continue waiting. Months go by, and I continuously make occasional calls checking the status, and each time being told the same thing, keep waiting. For the last 3 months, I made no effort to follow up and decided to wait patiently as that is what I was instructed to do numerous times, specifically by Timothy. Today, I was in the area and decided to check in to see how much longer I should expect to wait as I have already been waiting 11 months and was becoming impatient. As I entered Long Jewelers, I approached Timothy and asked him how much longer I should expect to wait. Timothy pulls out his phone and attempts to find my phone number, but has no luck. I was told very nonchalantly by Timothy that my name was not appearing in the system and there was nothing they could do. I was shocked, how could all these check ins, visits, and calls have led to my name mysteriously not appearing in the system. I ask Timothy how this could have happened and he calmly replied, "the system sometimes gets messed up", he had zero concern that I had just wasted 11 months waiting for a watch that he failed to properly log into his system, and now as a result of his mistakes, I have to go to another Rolex retailer and get on another 12 month wait list. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as to how this was handled by Timothy and Longs Jewelers, his reaction, his uncooperative attitude and his response. I will go out of my way to make sure none of my friends, family, or even customers do business with Longs Jewelers as this encounter is a clear and evident reflection of how Timothy and the staff at Longs Jewelers treat their customers. I will also be contacting Rolex regarding this situation and sharing the experience I had working with Long's Jewelers.

I cannot say enough good things about Tim. Tim is certainly your go to for Rolex watches. I have purchased Rolex watches around the world and Tim is by far the best representative that I have worked with thus far. My first visit to see him was to have a current Rolex sized for me. His professionalism and knowledge of Rolex watches, along with high end watches in general, is exceptional. I am so happy to have found someone to purchase Rolex watches from in the Southern New Hampshire area who makes the purchasing process enjoyable and who is really a great gentleman to work with.

Tim is amazing to deal with. Has helped us with multiple purposes and every one is a pleasure. He makes it easy without being pushy. We feel like we have our own personal jeweler. Will deal with him and Longs for years.

I worked with Long's from engagement ring design all the way through wedding bands. Alex was absolutely amazing and made every step so easy and enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and was just as excited as I was. When we couldn't find the exact engagement ring I wanted, we designed one together and he was there for me every step of the way. We will be customers for life.

Had an excellent visit to Long's in Nashua yesterday. The team was very friendly, especially Tim, who was a pleasure to collaborate with. He displayed remarkable patience, understood my preferences, provided valuable options and suggestions, and even took the time to explain aspects of the watches I was interested in that I wasn't familiar with. Tim's knowledge extended not only to the pieces but also to the fascinating stories behind the brand. I'm truly grateful for such a delightful experience. Thank you!

My experience at Long's in Nashua has been terrific. Recently, I came in to store to pick up jewelry and I stopped by the watch section to browse. Tim was very courteous showed me a couple pieces I've had my eyes on. He's knowledgeable about the watches in store as well as the technical history behind the pieces. I expressed my interest in a couple items and shortly after I got the call for the watch I've been waiting on. I'm ecstatic and very pleased with my experience with Tim as well as my prior experiences with Jose. Highly recommend Long's.

Invested my time with Jose at Long’s Nashua. Very well spoken and will be very upfront with you in terms of how sought out your desired watch is/are. Also, he won’t forget about you. It is wise to check in time to time with Jose but be patient.Overall: superb experience and one I hope/wish will continue for many years.

Honestly I’m on the fence these days about Longs… I’ve tried coming here a few times to buy A Rolex and Pearl necklace for my wife. Usual AD politics on the Rolex (guess this is to be expected these days) and when I tried to buy Pearls, I got a lecture and instead bought a set from Tiffany’s at a lower cost. I’ve also struggled getting accessories, recently got different stories from store to store on the process for a Cartier band and ended up buying it from Royal Jewelers with no issue. People like Shelly were really respectful, Dave in Burlington is a great guy, and the security guard (sorry I don’t know his name) in Peabody is just the best, but I just don’t know if this is “my jeweler” anymore. I’m trying to keep the faith, so give them a chance.
