Brought in my bent sunglasses and they had them perfectly fixed in 10 minutes. Awesome and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this Lenscrafters.

Avoid Lenscrafters location on
225 DW Hwy by Chipotle
The staff, especially managers are rude & lie to you about your insurance benefits.
They will take you for a ride unless you are savvy about your insurance, which I was.
The one located in the mall is fine. But stay clear of the stand alone location.

I cannot say enough good things about Laura at the Lenscrafters in Nashua. She was welcoming from the first minute I came in. She is very knowledgeable in optics, as well as the product available to the customer including lens options, coatings, and frames. She made the process easy and pleasant. Laura is the reason I will be a Lenscrafters customer for life!!

Went in for new glasses to the Nashua stores for my wife and I and the service was quick, the selection very good and Brenda the manager was very efficient and helpful. Pricing was better than expected.

Jan and Suzanne are absolutely amazing! Just a couple weeks ago I worked with Jan on picking out a brand new set of transitions sunglasses (my first ever pair) and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted them. Last Thursday they came in and they were perfect! I spent a few days with them and realized they needed to be tightened up so I went back and Suzanne did an exceptional and speedy job of rebalancing and tightening them for me. They are so kind here and are very helpful.

I've been buying eyeglasses and getting eye exams at this location for more than a decade. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They do a great job of adjusting the glasses to fit. And today I was thrilled to get replacements for the little silicone (?) nose caps since one failed. They gave me a few extras. Thank you!!!

My girlfriend and I went in to get our eye exam and order glasses, Evan and Laura were both awesome and very helpful with choosing the right pair. Amazing experience! Dr Tarr was very professional and even taught me a few things about my eyes which was really cool. We will be back for sure!
