Jay is AMAZING! Call ahead, let him know whats going on. I had a VCR/DVD player that would not hold a VHS and the DVD tray was busted. I was DREADING buying a new one. Jay was able to fix the whole thing with used parts (new doesn't exist for something this old) He was completely transparent about only being able to get used parts and his price was more than fair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Now my toddler can enjoy all the movies we grew up on!

My newer lg tv stopped responding to inputs from any remote. Even a brand new replacement. I called jay and he took the time to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. Turn out I needed a new sensor board. He advised that it is an inexpensive part and can be easy to swap out if I felt comfortable doing the work. 9 dollars and 20 minutes of my time later the problem was solved thanks to his guidance. He was a treat to speak with and deal with during a follow up call and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Jay fixed my Sansui 9090 with true care and amazing attention to detail. He kept me informed of every step, from parts he ordered himself to the incredible amount of work he put into this vintage stereo. He truly wanted it to be brought back to life and charged a price that was way more than fair. When I got it back from him, it sang like an angel! I highly recommend his services.

I came to Jay with a problem with my 1966 Rowe AMI jukebox. The sound had no bass or treble just midrange and one side of the stereo sound didn't work at all. I had been advised on a jukebox forum that I should rebuild the amplifier and replace all the tubes, a potentially very costly service. After searching, it seems there are only a handful of people on the continent who are capable of repairing these things, tube technology amplifiers are antique and unique. I brought it to Jay who has some experience with tubes having been in the business going back to the 80's. Jay preferred to troubleshoot and repair as opposed to just blindly rebuilding and replacing everything. He even consulted with other techs, one in california and the other a retired elderly mentor who was incapable of working due to his age and health but his knowledge of the vintage technology is unparalleled. He tested all the tubes, capacitors, resistors, resoldered any faulty solder joints and cleaned all the potentiometers. He fixed it for a fraction of the cost of rebuilding! It works beautifully! You can trust this guy to give you his best, a top notch technician and person!

My Subwoofer stop working out of nowhere and I couldn't figure out why so I brought it to Jay to see if he can figure out the problem and let's just say he made it a mission to figure out what was the issue with the Subwoofer and he didn't stop until he fix the issue and now my Subwoofer is fully operational just like the day I first bough it. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and see Jay if you're having any issue with your audio system

Jay fixed my old DVD/VHS player, JVC brand.He was professional and enthusiastic. Now I can watch old home videos without having to buy a new player. Highly recommend! Jay was a great listener and offered no hassle service!

I drop my receiver off a year later it’s not fixed and parts was pulled out of it. He pulled out all of the bulbs and used it for another customer. What kind of BS is that?

Jay took great care of me when i brought my vintage Kenwood amp and Onkyo tape deck in for some repairs. Dont throw it away! Get if fixed! I definitely recommend him for your audio and electronics repairs! He was fast, communicated with me about everything and finished the repairs quick. Thanks Jay!

About a year ago I brought a Phillips plasma television to Jay to fix I had purchased the TV for my grandfather for fathers day it was slightly used but stopped working a day after it was installed. Jay was awesome to work with and explained why the TV stopped working, diagnosed it for free and ordered the parts and repaired the TV in time for fathers day. He was very reasonably priced and skilled at TV repair and even gave me info on the TV which we found out was worth far more than we purchased it for. Most people would have probably said the TV wasnt worth repairing and would have tried to purchase the TV off me fix it sell it and make a nice profit. Not Jay he is very honest and good at what he does I would recommend him for any of your electronic hardware repair!!
