3 trips here more damage to my vehicle every time. They broke my windshield and had defective windshield installed and told me it wasn't their responsibility? I disagree if you broke it's your responsibility to fix. My insurance also paid you. They dropped my hood, damaged my windshield wiper forgot to do repairs and put junk aftermarket parts that had to be replaced again. They got paint overspray on my windows and trim and white finger prints all over interior and exterior that won't come of because it's paint. I have leather interior now I have rips in my back seat, rips in 2 places on passenger seat , a hole poked in middle armrest, and my passenger door now has 3 dents on the interior of the door they replaced. Should I have to tell you to use a drop cloth or tell you to take a screwdriver out of your pocket? Attention to detail doesn't happen here. One employee told me between him and I that they have some quality issues and he wouldn't have given my car back like that. Then it happened 3 times in a row and more damage every time. Now I need repairs where I didn't and my vehicle value is depreciated. I feel the 1 star ⭐ review is a little generous. First time car was done early and quality of work was terrible. Next 2 times car was late and communication was also poor and completion dates were missed and repairs were not completed. On top of that there is additional damage and then they don't want to return my phone call. My vehicle has 28k miles. If you have a nice vehicle definitely don't take here they are terrible especially the repairs very sloppy and careless. What a nightmare experience. I have used several other body shops in the area over the years and this is the only one I have had to complain about. I'm sorry but you guys shouldn't be working on peoples cars your just causing more damage and not doing a good job. 3 tries on just my windshield and still not good. Put trim on crooked twice with 1/2 gaps and gave back to me like that? What's a matter with you people? Worst shop I have ever been to definitely lowest quality work. They probably got close to 15k from my insurance company and $1000 from me. Terrible job!
I see your response and understand you saying what you said or you won't get any business? Why don't you back up your mouth? I will be more than happy to come down to your shop and we can take some pictures and post them on line and let your work speak for itself. Talk is cheap and a picture is worth a thousand words. Let me know your ready to show your quality work? Your employee told me you have quality issues and told me he wouldn't have returned my car to me in that condition. Is he a liar as well?

I had a great experience with Key Collision of Nashua. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and delivered my car right on time, just as promised. This is one of those places you hope you never have to go, but if you find yourself in need of a body shop I HIGHLY recommend Key Collision of Nashua. I was out of my element when dealing with an accident and Morgan went above and beyond handling absolutely everything for me and communicating through the whole process. I deal with high profile clients professionally, and Morgan treated me like I was the only client she had. With her handling my car repairs, I was able to continue my own business seamlessly without worry. I had my vehicle back exactly when anticipated, and cannot thank Morgan and the team at Key enough for their handling of my vehicle and situation.

Great customer service from Emily and Morgan. Key Collision worked closely with my Ins Company. I paid my $100 Deduct and had no issues from Ins Co. The car repair was a little quicker than expected and the repairs look great. My first time using Key Collision and was completely satisfied. Highly recommend.
