I could not have asked for a better sales associate yesterday. I went in looking for a recliner that would accomodate a couple of medical issues that sometimes affect my sleep. Kelly Hurtado immediately acknowledged my height (5'2") and led me to section with smaller recliners. I tried 3, but the very first one she pointed out was the best fit for my needs and is on order. Kelly is a definite asset to your store. I appreciated her knowledge of the merchandise and her explantion of what to expect.

Zero stars should be applied here. Buyer beware. Warranty is not as explained. This is a big money maker for them with zero service to you. Salesperson said Jordan’s would come out and clean any spot I could not get out with the kit they provided. Not true. Wine stain from recent party and they will not come out to take care of.What is this warranty good for? Absolutely nothing. Read fine print or skip all together. Never again. Poor customer service. Disgusting really.
