Don't come here!!! They charged me $10 to take my plate covers off!!! They said I could do it myself, so I walked out into shop and they said to take them off. I asked for a screwdriver and they refused to let me use one! " we don't lend tools" they said. Big joke to them. They know that nobody carries a screwdriver in their vehicle so they knew they'd get the damn $10 from me. The lady in the front was very nice and clearly felt bad, but come one guys in the shop....stop "screwing" people!! I used to bring my vehicles there, now I'll tell this story to my hundreds of friends here in nashua and advise them against using Jiffy Lube for anything!! Hope you're happy with the $10 JL, it'll cost you much more in lost business. PS, the lady in the front should look elsewhere for a place to work, she's worth more than that place!

The Manager, Alex, provided the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Courteous. Fast. No upselling. And Michelle, the person who did the oil change, was very thorough. I highly recommend the Amherst St. Nashua Jiffy Lube for your oil change needs.

My car failed inspection for a chip in the windshield that's been there for 4 years. NH inspection law says I can have a chip as long as it is not a through to the interior. and my headlights were restored last year but weren't clean enough to pass inspection. Basically, I got grifted for 50 bucks because I have an older car.

I stopped in for an oil change and front brakes. After a brief check, Alex told me that the brakes were not actually in need of immediate replacement (they are close). I appreciate his honesty and will be back when the brakes are due.

The team did a great job of getting my car serviced very promptly. Megan did a great job of getting me registered and offering appropriate upsells without being pushy. It was also great that my vehicle information was readily available at this location, even though it was my first visit to this particular store; that speeded up the registration process and was appreciated.Service: Oil change

after going to jiffy lube for many years now, i must express my dissapointment. my cadillac went in for inspection on june 15th. i go in june because i winter in florida. upon returing this year my battery was dead. as a result my obd inspection failed. jiffy lube put a 60 day temporary inspection sticker on it as required by n.h. law. the inspection report said 60 days. the young man said bring it back before the temp runs out and we will put on a regular sticker for no charge and put some miles on the car for a good obd reading. i brought my car in today within the time frame and before the temp sticker expired and they said they would have to charge me 50.00 for reinspecting the car. this is not what they told me previously. when i questioned the young man he said its because over 30 days has passed. i feel although i'm elderly i'm not stupid. i was taken avantage of. i did not want to become confrontational as there were many customers in the waiting area. i paid the 50.00 and left very upset! my car was in the bay for less than 4 minutes and no reinsection ever took place. this will leave me very upset for many days to come. had they simply told me to come back within a month, i would have done so, although i'm not sure 30 days or 39 days makes any differance. the car did pass the obd test as was expected. i have never been treated like that before at this location.
