“Wonderful people to deal with. It is so important with these types of purchases to know you are dealing with a fair, honest and reliable business. Both my son and I have made multiple purchases and they will be our go to guys again the next time we want to add a new or vintage watch to our collections. Highly recommend.”

“You shouldn’t have to think twice when dealing with your jeweler. Trust is everything. If you’re buying something, you want to know that it’s coming at a fair price. If you’re having work done on a piece, you want the peace of mind knowing that it’s in safe hands. That’s how I feel shopping here. Thank you, Zareh!”

“We went in to look for a wedding band for my fiance. We were pleasantly amazed by all the men's bands. Alex was very knowledgeable and also let him go behind and pick the style, design and color. We love how the ring came out.”

“What an amazing bead store! Such a huge variety of loose beads and charms to choose from. We drove half an hour from Massachusetts and it was well worth it. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the shop has great lighting, and offers everything from findings to beads to wire and tools. Highly recommend if you miss this type of beading store (we used to have a couple of good ones in Cambridge and Boston years ago).”

“I had the best experience at Scontsas Jewelers. This is a family owned business and that's the feeling you get when you walk in. I went in looking for a ring for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. Phillip was great. His personality and knowledge for jewlery is remarkable. I walked in, overwhelmed with all the jewlery and Phillip made it a lot easier to pick out the perfect ring for my wife. I had a custom wedding band that made it hard to find a match, and Phillip was able to help me find the perfect match. When my wife got the ring she was so excited and her expression was priceless.”

“I had the occasion this week to sell back some miscellaneous gold items that I had accumulated for one reason or another over many years. This was new territory for me, but based upon the Shnayder website and reviews I visited the store and had the good fortune to meet Alex, one of the owners. The whole transaction was very professional, very fair and he explained the whole process to me. I learned a lot. Please note the store carries and extensive selection of jewelry so it is definitely worth a stop!”

“I recently had the privilege of meeting Nicholas, and my encounter was truly remarkable. Despite the abundance of options in New York City, especially in the diamond district, we specifically journeyed to New Hampshire to see Nicholas, a jeweler I had heard about from friends over the years but had not yet met. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with warmth and an expertise that set the stage for an unforgettable jewelry shopping experience. What set the experience apart is not necessarily the jewelry itself, which is gorgeous to be sure (but there are so many options out there where this would be the case), but rather the personalized service that accompanies the purchase. Nicholas is a master jeweler and true artisan with an unparalleled passion for his craft. After meeting him, I now know that he has a gift and that working with people is undeniably his true calling in life. My now husband first paid Nicholas a visit in the Fall of 2022, friends in tow, when he was shopping for my engagement ring. We'd never looked at rings (separate or apart), talked about them, I'd never telegraphed an idea or shared a photo with him of what I might want, I'd never tried one on, on my own. I don't even think I'd have been able to articulate what I would've wanted, or what would have suited me. The great irony here is that I am a huge jewelry person - in fact, I am covered in it: 7+ gold bangles, rings, necklaces, earrings, you name it, I love and wear it all every day. I can't imagine what my guy went through in trying to pick this out given I have a unique sense of style, but I now know he had Nicholas as a secret weapon to guide him every step of the way. Together they picked out the most exquisite ring and I marvel at and treasure it every day. Our recent trip to New Hampshire was prompted by a desire to casually explore wedding bands. Once again, unsure of what I wanted, Nicholas effortlessly selected the perfect band to complement my engagement ring, showcasing his keen understanding of my style. Nicholas took one look at me during this first meeting, pulled a band out of the case, and it was THE ONE. 20 seconds in, and the first ring we looked at together, and his work with me was done. I am the opposite of impulsive and am much more of a considered purchaser and researcher. I could hardly believe what had just happened and have never had an experience like that ever before. My husband, on the other hand, had pre-determined that he was going to stick with his Oura ring as his proxy band, and didn't need a formal wedding band that he felt he'd inevitably lose. I suggested that we browse, since we'd made the trip. He went from wanting to stick to his Oura ring to falling in love with the most stunning and unique diamond encrusted band. Nicholas took the time to understand not only what he liked but who he is, his vibe, and what would best suit him. Nicholas's ability to connect with customers on a personal level, coupled with his expert knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for what he does, sets him apart. His commitment to customer satisfaction turns the entire shopping journey into a collaborative and enjoyable experience. Beyond his craft, Nicholas is charismatic, fun, and approachable, making our interactions feel like we had known him our entire lives. I also really commend the transparency in pricing, honesty, and integrity he displayed during the transaction. Nicholas instilled a sense of trust that is invaluable when making significant purchases like these. Our visit was centered around going up to see Nicholas himself, and we will follow him wherever his career takes him. If you seek a jeweler who combines skill, passion, warmth, and integrity, Nicholas is The One. Our experiences were nothing short of perfection, and I wholeheartedly recommend a visit up to see him in particular. He will unquestionably be our family jeweler for many years to come.”

“On the evening of Saturday March 2nd my teen son and I were at the Pheasant Lane Mall. Walking from 1 store to another my son was sliced in the leg, through the store bag he was carrying, by a broken mug. We were close to an atrium area with central seating. Annie's Pretzels, Zales Jewelers, and Via Style (our actuql destination) cornered the area. At this point my son was bleeding down his leg onto the floor. We grabbed napkins from Annie's and sat him down to see what we were dealing with. The cut was actually very deep and almost 2inches long. Usually I'm super prepared with a blackhole purse carrying everything but a kitchen sink, however this trip was supposed to be quick with a couple specific things we needed only. I only had my phone, wallet and car keys...absolutely nothing to help with the injury until we could get home. But there was Zales and their INCREDIBLE STAFFERS; Kathy, Tami & Nelson. I charged in there, probably seeming like a lunatic and asked for their first aid kit. They were on it. Fast. In seconds they were asking what they could do to help, offering assistance in caring for my son, getting additional help if necessary and handing me the First Aid kit. No hesitation, no question. They did exactly what was needed AND with a sincere caring manner. I used a bunch of there supplies and returned the kit apologizing profusely for using everything up. Know what they said? They said; "Can we go ahead and throw out the trash for you?" taking, gently from my clenched hand, the pile of bandage and gauze wrappers. Again, showing the hearts of truly caring and caregiving individuals. They are a testament to all that is the professional customer SERVICE industry. Considering we weren't even their customer...THANK YOU Kathy, Tami & Nelson for being exactly who you are as wonderful humans and EXCELLENT representations of above and beyond service♡PS: my son ended up with 8 stitches and the on the spot care I was able to administer, due to their help, kept his wound clean and closed until we could get him to a Doctor.”

“This place always takes good care of us. My husband brings his 25 year old Raymond Weil watch here for cleaning & batteries. I have had my engagement & wedding bands sized a few times through the years, have had prongs checked, jewelry cleanings & a post fixed on a broken sapphire earring. Recently I brought a ring I recieved for Christmas in to be sized. Prices are very reasonable & turn around times are very quick! We will continue to be loyal customers!”
