Let me start by saying I love JCpenny. I shop there often and even buy my glasses there. I never write reviews, but I feel this needs to be heard. I went in for a partial foil.. spent $120 and my hair barley looked any different / lighter. The hair dresser passed me over to another stylist half way through my service because she had another client who was upset with her service earlier that day. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Extremely upset with the quality I received. I will no longer be a customer of JCpenny after my experience.

They always have great stylists but make sure you make an appointment they are real busy so even though they have a sign that says walk-ins welcome there is usually not an opening for walk-ins.

Great customer service. When you order on line and pick up at the store they are very helpful and friendly. If there is a problem with the online order they take care of it no runaround.they help you out In the store the will take to the department that you are looking for not just tell where it is .All so the staff knows the product that in the department they are in

I walked into the salon with an idea for something bold. I spoke with a few members of the staff, all very pleasant, and then I spoke to Leah Liqui. What a lady! Not only did I have arguably the best haircut I have ever had, but the wonderful personality of this woman is infectious. The long process of letting the dye set, washing it out, and styling it was filled with lively conversation between myself and Leah. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with her! I would tell anyone who asked for a place to go look beautiful to go see Leah. 10/10

I'd made 3 web orders, JCP, Macy's and Target. JCP collected the entire order, called me when it came in, and easily located my order when I picked it up. One item had to be returned (shrunk upon prewash for first wearing), and the return staff asked if I wanted it replaced with a larger size. Yes! She processed the return, located a larger size (they were getting scarce) and put through the order. It's a rare day retailing staff treats customers like human beings, they're a good reflection on their company.

I absolutely love the home store! Excellent customer service and a friendly knowledgeable staff. The main store is awesome as well even during the busy holiday season as staffing is difficult and you do need to wait on line I found the staff again to be friendly and knowledgeable.

i made an online purchase for a curtain, waited 2 weeks to find out they had attempted to deliver but instead of leaving it on my porch because no one was home (which ups says it is their call to make to take it or leave it) they sent it to the stop and shop the next town over, which i only was told after calling the jcpenney help line because i had no idea where it is. the SUPERVISOR i spoke to told me i had no choice but to go get the item and i told him i was not going to do that because i paid for shipping, so after arguing with him he agreed to refund me for the shipping cost and so i agreed to go 15 minuets away from my house to pick it up. so a day or two later when i had a chance to get down there i try to retrieve this stupid $20 curtain, it wasn't there! they sent it back to another state where it came from! so now i call them back and they say they have to refund me and i have to wait until the item is back in stalk on their website, ridiculous! so i do because it's the only one i can find in this size and they deliver it this time. turns out it didn't fit on my door panel so i want to return it. the only way to return an online order is to pay for the shipping myself to send it back or bring it to the closest store. i already paid $9 for shipping so i'm not paying again so i drove 20 minuets to the closest store and the woman at this nashua store was so rude. i didn't get greeted just her pointing to where she wants me to stand and wait. then she grabs the paper from me without saying hello or asking me why i was there or what the problem was so she has me slide my debit card i bought it with and then just hands me the receipt and says i'm all set. i notice i only get refunded for the item and not the $9 shipping so i asked "i have to eat the shipping?" and she just says "yup" so rude to not even tell me that and SO ridiculous for JC Penny to make me eat the shipping after i drove all the way to the store to return it! i'm so beside myself about the whole experience and i will NEVER shop here again!! I would give ZERO stars if i could!!!

The staff is quite friendly and very accommodating. I see Meg once a month and I get the perfect cut each time. She gives me a wash, asks me how I like the look during the process, and won't let me leave until I'm 100% satisfied, which is always. I recommend her without question.

I had never really thought to shop at JCPenney but the Sephora store inside got me in the door and now I'm in love with their clothing! I have the worst time trying to find comfy jeans (I prefer sweatpants ha) but their Arizona jeans are super stretchy and I'm in love! Also liking their juniors shirts and boots which remind me of Nordstrom styles but at very affordable prices. I just dislike that I have to go downstairs to pick up or return an online order. Why can't all the registers process online returns?
