Don’t have people make appointments if you don’t keep them. Made an apt for 3pm and had to leave work early, I arrived on time was told he was on a call and would be right with me. I could hear his call and it was not a professional phone call, after 15 minutes of waiting and having my time disrespected I left. From now on I will stick to H&R block!
