Overall the best dealership I’ve ever been too. Great customer service. Everyone was extra friendly. My dealer Brock Hagen who a product specialist help with everything I needed to get one of my dream car. I gave him a budget and he did everything in his power to give me the best deals that I was looking for. I definitely would go back again if I ever decide to buy another Infiniti.

My experience dealing with Infinity of Nashua, and Brock was excellent! I was very indecisive on color, and Brock was patient with me, pulling out every color car and letting me test drive them!Working with this finance department was very easy and quick, in fact, quicker than any car I’ve ever bought.I would actually say the car buying experience was enjoyable, which usually isn’t the case when buying a car.I would highly recommend buying a car from both Infinity and Brock.

Brock was fantastic. He went through the car with me, explained everything and was very patient with my silly questions. He also educated me about how leasing works. Can’t say enough good things about my buying experience. Started online and bot was seamless ultimately connecting me to Mine Turin in Finance. He was up front and honest and I believe worked to get me the best rate possible. The real shining star is a young man named Andrew Sanchez who would be my salesman. Andrew displayed empathy, honesty and integrity. He provided me with his personal cell and acted as a true sales professional without all the sales talk and without being pushy whatsoever. Good sense of humor as well. What impressed me was his attention to detail after the sale was complete but prior to delivery. I’ve bought many cars and if the experience is going to sour, it’s after the salespeople mark you down on their white board as “sold.” This was not the case. Both Andrew and Mike stayed with the process until the keys were in hand and were even around when I got home and needed technical help. Great job guys! If you’re in the market for a solid used car don’t overlook Infinity of Nashua thinking they are only out to sell the high end stuff. Nice delivery too… new tires, excellent detailing. Unlike others where you have to beg for these things to be right. Will be back!

The service was top notch. Helped me get into a car when every other dealership denied me. Honestly was loosing hope until I met Andrew and helped me get into a car that was affordable, and perfect all around. The dealership has a great salesman on their hands. Andrew is an honest and overall wonderful fellow to speak to. If I could give this salesman and this dealer a 10 star rating I would 100%. I’ll be coming back to buy my next car from these guys

Had a very great experience at Infiniti of Nashua. Andrew made it a very quick and easy process which is what I was looking for! He worked with me throughout all the difficulties I had with banks, and distance and helped me walk away with the car I wanted. Definitely appreciate him, and recommend speaking to him if you’re looking for a new car!

Got a used car with them. Andrew from sales is a nice guy and really helpful. Unfortunately I can't not say the same about the service department. The car came with a broken latch on the back seat, they ordered the part but the wrong one. I did another appointment but they canceled with no reason and never called me back.

You will have problems here. Dude who runs service department here is extremely rude and clearly hates his job and his customers. Sales people were decent at first until you sign.. once the car is gone they couldn't give a shh less.

I went in looking for a small and reliable vehicle. Brock was amazing, he gave us just that and more! My aunt and I were both impressed by Brock’s excellent costumer service and are very happy with the car we got!

If it was possible to rate this place a zero in the rating, I would have. It was a really bad experience that I have had with this dealer in my last visit when I had my car there for a engine diagnostic. The service person in the Service Department was extremely rude and disrespectful. He charged me for the diagnostic but refused to give me the report of what was wrong with my vehicle. He told me that my car's engine had stalled due to lack of engine oil but was refusing to write it down on a report for me to use it in court against the place that did the oil change and did not put oil in my car. At one point he stated that he did not want to have to do anything with my problem of the car because he did not want to go to court, even though I didn't say anything to him at all about him having to come to court. All I wanted from him is to explain in the diagnostic report why my car's engine had stalled. I cannot express enough how rude he was. It was as if he just wanted to charge me the money and to kick me out of the place. At another occasion he yelled at me for making a phone call and told me very furiously to go to the waiting room. Furthermore, the service person had literally included useless maintenance recommendations and not what I had gone there for, which was the report for the engine diagnostic. A few days later I had to call him again because he had not included the diagnostic report even though I had made it clear to him that this report was imperative to me. When I pointed that out to him when I spoke on the phone, he was very combative and told me that he didn't like my attitude. He was literally trying to get rid of me and in the most disrespectful way. Meanwhile, when I had contacted the management to report the bad experience, they simply snubbed me and told me that a manager was going to contact me which they never did.

I have not gone here since I sold my G37x Sedan a while ago. When I had my car and needed to use the Inifniti Elite CPO Wrap that I bought from the Norwood dealer, Kristin MacNeil stood out as the best service advisor I have worked with at ANY DEALER (present day).My car started having issues due to my severe commuting, so I found myself at Infiniti of Nashua quite often, enough that I started befriending all of the valets! Of everyone, she was one of the highlights of my ownership experience since she is very mindful, transparent, and honest when it comes to getting your car taken in, repaired fairly, and returned as expected.Not only was she very easy to communicate with (text was very helpful for me) and knowledgeable in the warranty processes, but she was also considerate in my preferences from how my car was to be treated to even what loaners I preferred to be in.I'll never forget that time she was able to get me into a loaner within the same morning when the torque converter on my transmission went out and stalled my car whenever it was stopped. If it weren't for her, I would have been otherwise out of a car for 2 weeks while my car was waiting for a new transmission to come in. She really does do everything she can to make sure you're taken care of.

I went to Infiniti on 8/5 looking to trade my car and see what options were available for me. I had the pleasure of working with Brock who was very nice to me. He took notes on what I was looking for and tried his best to help me find something better. I ended up walking out with a new car the same day all because of him! I recently purchased a Q50S Red Sport from Infiniti of Nashua. Our salesman Henri Duverneau patiently answered all of our questions and provided a wealth of product knowledge. The process was straightforward and as painless as car buying can be. Follow-up after taking delivery was equally as good.
