Starting with the attitude of the girl at the reception, it seems like she doesn't like her job.
I have missed the appointment with my cat twice and for this reason I have also lost the money.
They should be a little flexible and empathetic.

My dog- child is buried here. The service was amazing. When I visit I’ve spoken to other services they have and they seem to be amazing also. I mean, what else can you be if you put your heart and time into helping animals.

From the initial interaction via the internet to the person giving me instructions to take care of Ginger after her being spayed WAS AWESOME!!! Very professional, Friendly and when you go in you are either greeted by someone at the desk or a volunteer helping others with an adoption. It was so busy the day I was there and they still took care of me picking Ginger up. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I look forward to seeing you guys again in the future!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Got my first two cats here, went to get a third, more specifically a cat named willow who’s blind in one eye. The first time I went in we were told we could adopt her we just needed to speak to the director Becky, sent her an email and left a voicemail has gotten back to me yet, went back in and was told if you don’t have prior experience with a blind pet you can’t adopt her if you don’t live on a single floor house you can’t adopt her and if you have other pets you can’t adopt her. I feel like that’s such a small group of people that fit all of those boxes, instead of letting someone who will love her and give her a happy life take her home. It’s giving “need’s experience for an entry lvl position” it just sucks that they won’t let me adopt this cat who has been there for such a long time.

Brought my cat here for the neutering clinic. Easy to schedule without a long wait, procedure went well with a quick recovery and no complications. Was able to get updated vaccines and a microchip as well for the same price.

Extremely helpful and caring individuals. I understood (from their website ahead of time) that no appointments are needed to see animals, however, you may end up waiting a while as staff have other duties. Of course I was not surprised when I had to wait a little for the dogs to finish their walks with staff before I could meet with one. This is completely understandable, and the staff made sure to give me as much time as I needed with the dog once I was able to meet with them. They are very honest with the information about their animals and you can tell they want what is best for them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We just finished training with Debi Ford at the Nashua Humane Society with our Whippet named Harry. What a great experience! Debi is knowledgeable about breed specifics. She had a lot of advice to deal with sight hounds and training. Real world examples and recommendations that worked. Training sessions were planned well, handouts were sent via email the day after a session. She adapted to requests and questions smoothly.
