We soon discovered a wasps nest near their dugout so my husband headed to Home Depot South Nashua, which was closed at the time. Special thank you to store manager, Terrell, who open the door early in order from my husband to get wasp spray. Customer Service was five stars in above thank you Terrell and thank you Home Depot for exceptional customer service!”
“Best customer service I've ever had at any store. Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”
“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
“I was very impressed with the employees here. I shopped on 5/7/2024. Devon helped me throughout my shopping experience. He was helpful and pleasant as I finished my list of items. I then checked out in the garden center because it was cooler. I was second in line behind a customer who was slightly upset and insulted the man in the booth. He apologized over and over and kept his composure. I was also helped by the paint department who helped me with a certain stain color that I needed. Way to improve your customer service! Great job”
“The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

Want to say that Kyle and Darren have been so helpful with my lumber cuts, Nicolai was great helping me find the paints, stains and brushes I needed and Ben's customer service help with a lumber issue was much appreciated.”
