They aren’t super rough and they have a wide sellecrion of nail polish and the price is overly expensive

Stopped in for a spontaneous gel pedicure while waiting for my car to be serviced across the street. I was going to start looking at the polish on display for colors but was ushered into a chair right away and given a bucket of color swatches to choose from. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in which was great, but feeling rushed as soon as you come in a salon is never a good start. I wish I could've taken a minute to look at color on the wall. (easier than digging through a bin of nail rings.) Salon seemed clean at first glance. No tub liner was used in the pedicure bath, which was a bit alarming. My tech did not say a word to me the whole time, which I understand could be language barrier or just not in the mood- totally fine. Note there is no TV, so I was using my phone to entertain myself during the service. I forgot to turn on the massage chair until half way through, which was a bummer. Usually they ask if you want the chair on at the start. Anyway, Instead of tapping lightly on my foot when ready to change feet or just asking me to change feet, the tech grabbed and pushed/pulled my feet around by my toes, that was totally new- not something I had ever experienced before nor did I appreciate. The leg/foot massage was the best part she really went in on my legs! I like a strong massage- and it was definitely on the stronger side. The polish color on my toes came out fine. We are about a month since my service and polish is still intact. -Overall, just ok.

Literally got Christmas nails done yesterday for my Christmas party, and within 10 minutes after leaving the shop my nail fell off. Needless to say the lady I had kept cutting my fingers.was hurting me. Was not listening to me at all. Told her I wanted all of the mail to be covered with the dip sparkle and she did not do that. The sparkles are flipped upside down as well. She didn’t flip them the correct way. Also she kept grabbing my hand and being very aggressive with my hands so bad that they were getting numb. They are also extremely sharp.’very rough like they were not filed correctly the tops are not smooth. She was giving me extreme attitude when I kept telling her to fix it. I also was trying to talk with her about my nails and she was not listening nor responding to me. Plus they had told me it was 50 dollars and when I went to pay they said 60. This was my first time going there an I will not be back. Worst place ever. I feel like if you are not part of the click of the salon your not welcomed or your welcomed with extreme attitude and an unprofessional manor.

I have gone to quite a few nail salon but nothing beats going to Hollywood nails, love my every two week visit with Swan , always a pleasant visit & she does such a lovely job every time.

They all do a great job! Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews obviously done by a competitor just to lower their ratings! If you read the one I’m referring to, you will see it’s obvious that they are just trying to drive Hollywood Nails ratings down! Don’t be fooled! They are great!!!

STAY AWAY!I got a dip manicure 6 days ago. Three days after 2 nails started to chip. Today, day 6, more are chipping. I called and was told they only cover 3 days!!! For dip?!?! Terrible…waste is money.Service: Manicure

I’ve been going to Swan for years and I’m always so pleased with the way my nails come out. I have never found anyone else that compares to her quality. Now that I have moved away I have to travel quite a distance but I do it because there is no one betterServices: Pedicures
