Love the variety of items and the loads of craft supplies. But the only problem is, if you can't walk well or distances, it's difficult. They do have a wheelchair at the front entrance but you need someone to push you or wheel yourself.

No one in the store could say whether or not they had a particular item! I received an email this morning saying the product I wanted was in stock. I didn’t think I had to purchase on line AND PAY SHIPPING! I went to the store in Nashua and was told they must of ran out! Doubtful! Then I wanted to purchase anti fatigue mats. All were 7.99. The two I chose didn’t have price tags! It took 20 minutes for rep to look up only to be told they were $15.99. Ridiculously unorganized. Other places to go where they have items in stock; especially being told via email items are in stock and prices being consistent! Too much trouble for little product or knowledgeable customer service.

Greatest place to shop i love art along with Michael's but hobby lobby has more stuff them Michael's thry have more yarn not fam of ..but any art store I love as lomh as I remembered to bring money need to shop all the time

I don't shop there myself I went with a friend I don't care for the store the people aren't friendly the prices are Sky High I can buy better things at a flea market at a better price that it fits a real pocketbook

Fun store for arts and crafts but wasting a hundred dollars, only to carry the items out in your hands because they are too greedy to provide bags, makes you never want to come back. We should be getting a discount for the inconvenience. Every register has hundreds of bags but somehow, only paying for them helps the planet ? ridiculous.
