At Green Falls Marketplace Great Clips, Liz, Gabby, and Amy create a nice, calming and friendly professional salon providing artistic "hair-sculpting" excellence. Being the first time having Gabby as my stylist, I explained to her what I wanted and she really delivered(!) with her experience of precision cutting and artistic flair. Thank you Gabby!

I wish I could give six stars or even ten. The lady who cut my hair taught my daughter about caring for her type three tangly matted curls while she was at it and got my daughter to sit there and brush her own hair. I felt guilty for hitting the button too fast and only tipping ten bucks.

The place was clean the service was quick and the staff friendly. Pricing is great too and I got a great hair cut. It is just what I needed.

This location has gone down hill ever since the previous store manager left.Last haircut I had 3 weeks ago I got home & still had 2" long hairs sticking out while the rest of the cut was 1/8 of a inch.Then, tonight I check in online in advance & the app gives me a time of 17 minutes which is perfect because I live 14-15 minutes away.So I rush my 2 kids out the house to get haircuts & the girl at the desk checks me in & says it won't be too long, so we sit.I see a man getting cut but his name is still in que in the #1 spot & I'm still #2 & also I see a girl getting her hair combed for 5 minutes straight & nothing being started to get cut & there's still 2 people sitting.The front desk girl is sweeping for those 5 minutes so I say "excuse me...do you also cut hair or just work the desk?"She says "I only work the desk".I ask "how long will it be?"She says "maybe 15 minutes." On top of the 5 we've already waited.No apologies from anyone, we just see & hear the 2 hairdressers/stylists talking under their breath, which I find rude & unprofessional.I then ask "excuse me...is it typical to have people waiting a extra 20 minutes beyond their quoted time?"She responded with "Well, if a walk-in and a scheduled person both walk in at the same time we would take the scheduled person first."We had only limited time & were counting on the system being accurate.I then realized that the staff must've either manipulated the computer system or they're taking walk-ins one or two minutes before my check in time, which is unacceptable to me.I'm OK with you being 5 minutes late or even 10 minutes but 15-20 minutes behind is ridiculous.If anyone should be waiting 20 minutes it should be the people who walk in without scheduling appointments, not the guest who scheduled in advance.Needless to say I told the front girl that I thought this was very unprofessional & that I will now need to cancel my appointment, and we walked out.Again, no apologies from anyone, just the same two stylists grudgingly making comments under their breath.

The haircut was fine but the entire place smelled like an ashtray. It hit you in the face the second you walked in. If it was not towards the end of the day, I would have gone elsewhere. It was very clear the ladies working there were very heavy smokers. None of the other businesses in area smelt the same way.

All around good experience. Very friendly people and make sure you are well taken care of. I prefer the one on Amherst Street Nashua even though it's further to me.

Thank you to my girl Myrcha Martinez just the best hairdresser and friend of so many years, went to get a wash cut and blow dry and i'm always very happy with her she makes my hair look dope.. she took of 6 inches off and i'm totally so happy we went with it. her blow drys are always on point and make me feel beautiful. I follow her everywhere she goes for years now.. Thank you Myrcha I appreciate it see you soon!!!

I asked for my child’s hair to have an inch taken off and to do layers. There was more than an inch taken off her hair and then I was told to come back in 8 weeks for layers.Service: Kids' cuts
