The people who work here always seem to be trying to do a good job.However, I have a vehicle with 4,000 mi on it that's been being washed there regularly since it was new and every time I go through it knocks one of the mirrors real good.The last time I went through it looked like one of the clips that holds the mirror cover on had been broken... And this time it looks like it knocked off the rest.I canceled the membership and have to go get a new part.I know that touch-free car washes generally use a higher pH solution, which is why I don't use them. But I need some other solution.

None of the self wash items worked properly. The foam brush didnt put any suds out, the triple foam was more like milk, the spot free rinse wasnt spot free. The vaccums worked well though.

The first time I went to this car wash it ripped off the rear bumper of my 2018 RAV4. Management says that the car was already broken when I came through so it’s not their fault.. I’ll have to file this on my insurance and make my insurance go after them and then they still wouldn’t refund my car wash membership…. Avoid car wash at all cost
