Very few people in the Norwich car wash actually puts the time in to clean your car the other ones start you down the track barely get your side done the driver side done mini quickly sprayed the passenger side and send you out and if you're not clean they say just come back in no that's been in the whole day back and forth into the car wash when all you got to do is take a little effort in your time it's only like two people in the north store that actually pay attention and do what they're supposed to do

They never direct you in properly so you scrap your tires and rims everytime! After your rims are scratched and you say something they say "it auto guides you it's fine"

They don't keep up their equipment as well as they should. It also doesn't have a long enough drying area so the car is always wet when you leave.

Kendra is amazing! I've been going to this car wash for years and never has anyone been so attentive to doing a proper job! It's a thankless job at times I'm sure but she always goes above and beyond. Golden nozzle has nicer car washes but I go to this one for the service
