My wife and I just left the store in Nashua and I just had to write a review. Michelle in the Nashua store was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! We just found out that a wedding we were going to in 2 weeks is black tie and my wife needed a dress. Michelle took her time to help my wife find what she wanted and was so patient. I lost count on how many dresses she tried on and Michelle was always smiling.
You hired a great one with her. She is a great asset to your company.

One star is being generous, horrible customer service! BEWARE of the manager in the Nashua location. We ordered a dress at the end of February (paid in full), it had to be ordered as the dress in the store was damaged. I called on March 20th (a month later) to check on the status of the dress, was told that they had spoken with the designer and the dress should ship at the end of that week beginning of next. Monday April 8th, we still had not received the dress, I called every day that week to try to get an update. I left messages and was told each time that I would get a call back, never did and by Friday I was at a loss. On Saturday we ended up driving to the store, we found out from a sales associate that the dress was only ordered on March 20th after I called (not in February). The manager was the individual that sold us the dress, she would not own up to her mistake at all, ownership and honesty go a long way but she was not having it. She told us that the dress was at the Danvers location. After much back and forth we drove to Danvers even though she told us we could not pick it up. We got the dress, my daughter tried it on and it definitely was not the new dress that we ordered. We believe it was the dress she originally tried on that had been brought to the seamstress to be fixed. The sales associate in Danvers (Bella) was amazing and did everything she could to try to fix the situation. She brought our concerns to the seamstress and they fixed what they could. Very disappointing, but at this point prom is 3 weeks away and we left with the dress. Long story short, do not order a dress because you may never get it.

Don’t go to this location lol I went today looking for a prom dress and received 0 help, the dressing rooms smelled like a nasty sweat filled locker room and the prices are insane for the quality you receive :( if you’re looking for a reasonably priced dress I recommend David’s Bridal, literally 2 minutes from the mall

The worse store to buy from. If I could give it no stars I would. I went there to buy my daughter's Quinceanera dress. I bought both the dress and petticoat at the Burlington store. They sold me the dress and the petticoat but did not have the petticoat. They called the store nearest where I live which in turn stated that they had one in stock and would have the manager call me. I never received a call back waited three weeks to call back and then was told by the sales associate that they knew nothing about the petticoat issue that they would have the manager look into it. I waited again and then finally received a call back and was told that they had the petticoat that I could go pick up. When I went to pick it up the sales associate knew nothing about it that they had not petticoat. She got the manager who in turn knew nothing about it. Another associate told the manager that the petticoats had been on back order for 6mths. I waited there for 45 minutes while they ran around trying to figure out what was going on. I finally got upset and told them I was leaving and that they needed to call me back once they found the petticoat or they would need to order it. I never got a call back. I called the store back again and again the run around. The manager at the Nashua Store told me she would call me back once she called the main store to see if they had it never did. When I called again I spoke to a sales associate again no one knew what was going on I said I wanted a refund. The sales associate kept telling me that the store policy was that they did not give a refund I said that it is not my fault they sold something they did not have and it has taken them 2 months to try to obtain it. I had to threatened to put a bad review on every single platform there was and that I wanted to speak to the higher ups in order to get them to cooperate. All of a sudden the petticoat showed up. The Nashua manager said the petticoat was at the main store and that she would go pick it up. This store has no concept of customer service. The stores have no clue what each store is doing. No show of communication within its company.

If I could give 0 stars I would - the experience I had here AT THE TIME OF MY VISIT, was great. However, after the fact, after not being disclosed their policies and what is/isn't refundable, I'm out $192 on a dress that never left the store. My niece was supposed to go to prom, long story short that isn't happening anymore. I called to let the store know that we no longer needed the dress (not even 2 weeks after I put it on "layaway") and I'd like my money back. The woman explained that layaway items are non-refundable. I said to them "Where is that posted, and when I asked about the policies in the store that was never explained to me?" They claimed it was listed on their receipt - which is funny because I wouldn't have seen that until I PAID THEM, so I'd still be out the money. Then they told me it's on their website. I searched and searched, and all I could find was their online policy. I was told multiple times I'd get a call back from the manager and this has now been going on over a month, with no call backs, no refunds, nothing. I am furious and will be reaching out to the attorney general. Avoid this place!!

I've been to the Peabody store which I loved. Nashua is NO WHERE NEAR THE SAME. Enoloyees did nothing to help at all when asking for designers I knew they had in store, help finding the dress. Store was highly disorganized and not clean. I did end up buying a dress from them in the end, the designer I wanted (which they did look up for me and told me they did not carry- their entire store was filled with said designer so not sure what they were talking about.) I felt very judged by the employees while trying on my dress whenever they looked at me and whispered to each other. Not sure I'll return to nashua but will to Peabody.EDIT-- I REALIZED NOW THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN TO PEABODY AND IT WAS A Different dress shop I went to!!

my daughter special ordered a dress. she called, I called, she visited, I was asked to text. No one would give us an update so we disputed it with our credit card. they told the credit card company it was available to be picked up but we never did and their policy was that it was forfeited. I called to ask if we could still get it. the girl took a message and never called again. now we have to go to smal claims. beware! if you give them money, walk out with a dress

Shopping for my 6th graders' dance was a huge success here!! The manager really went above and beyond to help my nervous 12 year old step out of her comfort zone and get a fun dress that she absolutely LOVED!

Unfortunately our experience was ruined by the employees horrible singing. There is a time and place for that and this wasn’t either.

Shopping for my daughter's prom dress, this was our first place, and unfortunately, not a good experience. It was EXTREMLY unorganized, and employees not attentive to their customers. These dresses aren't cheap, and customer service straight out sucked! I understand, it's prom season and it's busy, we waited over an hour to try on, all the more to be organized and attentive. I'm glad my daughter didn't like anything she tried because I really didn't want to spend my money here.

The dress selection was fantastic. They were well made without tears or issues like dresses found it by the department stores. Paola was great and very helpful. She catered to me and daughter to find the perfect dress for our fundraising event.
