Sandy and her daughter are so sweet.
Roger on the other hand is a piece of work. Since not hearing from them for almost a month my mother finally found out Sandy is away and nothing had been done on my Dads monument. After some digging Roger found the info but then proceeds to ask my mom if she bakes because "you should bake me some cookies for all the work I had to do" so unbelievably rude and inappropriate.

Sandy is excellent! Nice and great to work with. Very happy with stone. However, the owner is very rude. Was supposed to remove the old stone but didn't. I called to inquire and got a very bad attitude. Had the nerve to use a very nasty tone with me because of HIS mistake. The old stone was removed right away after I called but I was very polite when I called and his attitude is very bad for business.

Roger and Sandy were wonderful to work with in creating a memorial for family. Very professional and responsive to numerous requests for changes and adjustments. Would highly recommend!

Came from NC to have a memorial for a loved one that passed away this past Christmas, and needed a stone, we were told by everyone we called that it would be a month at the earliest and we only had 4 days, so I tried places that were further away and found this very nice man the owner of Gate City monument, and he said yes he could have it in 2 days, so very thankful for them and would recommend them. The stone and engraving is beautiful. Ty so much

My son Bill, unexpectedly passed away about 5 months ago, he was a beloved coach and teacher at Nashua High South .I wanted to have a bench made in his memory to be placed at the school.My friend had suggested we check out Gate city Monument . We went in and after talking to Sandi and Roger I knew I came to the right place.They listened to me with compassion and I felt like they knew how much this bench meant to me. I told them my ideas and Sandi came up with a beautiful design ! They worked with my budget , responded quickly to any questions I had and now are working with the school to get the bench delivered and placed at the high school. This has been something I never imagined I would be doing for my son . I am so grateful to Sandi and Roger for all their work, their patience, compassion and their expertise in making a such beautiful bench in memory of Bill.I highly recommend Gate City monument !!

Owner was rude and kept trying to steer me away from what I wanted. The assistant was very nice and did her best to answer my questions but had to defer to Roger who again was just plain rude!

2021 We went to look and discuss a stone for my In-laws and my Father in law told the owner what he wanted ,how big, and details and the time the owner took to details and listening to my Father in law was very kind compassionate,understanding ....And when he said the time frame given it actually ended up being ready earlier then told and with the placement of the headstone was very professional and clean. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

They just engraved and installed a new mailbox post for me. The owner came out to my home the same day I called. They told me it would take 1-1.5 weeks, but installed it 3 days later. The owner, admin and installers were all great to work with. I can't recommend enough! Thank you
