Well this GameStop is great let me tell you I wasn't planning on going to Nashua I had a couple of game systems I wanted to sell cuz I had you know I was in a rough spot needed some cash to pay some bills so I called Manchester gentleman tells me yeah sure come by I get to Manchester walk in the gentleman tells me oh yes trade-in no I needed cash I told this gentleman many times while I was on the phone getting prices for games and systems so I could have a roundabout of what to bring that I needed cash to pay a bill I told him several times and walk in and he says oh trade in sorry so I left only one in New Hampshire that I could get any cash from after driving an hour already from up north to Manchester was this this GameStop I walked in they were busy they remember who I was they took me immediately helped me right away then I was in a hurry One of the best one of the best service services I've ever had from any kind of business I really appreciate you guys You're great thank you

They staff was very friendly and knowledgeable I was looking for a game for my son and they found it right away and it was a great buy I was Looking for nba 2k and ended up getting a used one for a quarter of what a brand new one costs

Just had one of the worst retail experiences ever. Was trying to grab a limited edition Pokémon OLED switch, that was sold out for a while. Got to the store by 9:55am and was waiting for the door to open. Store opened few minutes late, which isn’t a big deal. As soon as I walked in, I told Kathleen(the associate), that I’m looking to pick up a system, to add to my collection, which they just got back in stock. Right off the bet, she told me I definitely need a screen protector for it, which I told her I already purchased elsewhere. She tried to sign me up for their rewards, which I also politely declined. I could tell that she wasn’t happy I said no to everything she wanted to add to the sale. I paid cash and she gave me a receipt and went to the back room to grab the system. She brought it out and gave me the item, and I’ve noticed right away that one of the corners is damaged/torn. I asked Kathleen to replace it, and explained that it is for my collection and it makes a huge difference to me. She told me she wouldn’t do that, because it will screw up her inventory, due to serial number scanned. That is absurd. I worked in different retail stores before, and it would never be an issue to process such exchange. Apparently, GameStop could care less about customers and their expectations. No more GameStop for me!

My partner and i have been to this location a few times lately and it’s always a great experience! Everyone is so helpful, especially Katie and Nick! They made sure to get us the best products and were so kind and knowledgeable. Definitely our favorite location!

I called a half hour before close and Samantha is the best in the nashua nh location. No hesitation to answer my questions. Being in retail right before the holidays I know how busy it can be. As I know nothing about consoles she immediately got excited to help . It is heartwarming to talk to someone that is passionate in what they do. I hope this review gets reviewed in the right hands. My son is 7 and that's who's this gift is for. I will go back to her even if I have to wait until after Christmas. Thank you Samantha for being humble and helpful, you are truly a great asset to your team!
