I drove my SUV 40min to pick up the vanity and I checked the box size, which will fit into my SUV. But when I arrived there, I was told that they have to load the vanity standup in the car. Otherwise, I need to load by myself and be responsible for any potential damage by myself. When I talked to their manager that the customer should be informed with this critical information - the vanity should be standup in the car. I was told that they are not the people who manage the website information. Now I can either change the car or cancel the order. Very bad experience with some staff here. But some staff is very nice and helpful to give suggestions for the tile options.

Crap products and horrible customer service. Purchased 2 vanities, they started to fall apart after 1 month of use. The veneer is peeling from the shower steam, this product should never been sold for use in a bathroom. Customer service offered me $300, ( I paid $1300) now I get to buy a new vanity and pay an additional cost to remove this crap and install a new one. I've spent over 5k at this store in the past 6m and this is how they treat their customers.

Their return policy Is garbage, customer service non existent , the manager scott must think he’s cool In front of his coworkers so takes your questions as a joke when asking why an item with full amount can not be returned, in original package

The staff has always been polite when I purchased items there. That location is clean and well organized. Some of the product such as tile is not that good for the price but no different than any chain store.
You do get a lot less broken tile in a box unlike a Home Depot or a Lowe's. The product isn't treated like sack of potatoes like Home Depot or Lowe's by the staff or customers. When a place is clean and organized people tend to treat a place better. You go into a dark dirty warehouse supplier people are more likely to treat the place like a city dump.
The place is well lighted and can see the product. You are able to see fine detail unlike a dungeon like warehouse supplier.
Some items in stock are an issue. Before you go to a location I would call first before going. They may have to order what you want and should go there at least 2 weeks before you plan to install.

You wont find this kind of great service and friendly staff in many places these days. Floor and decor has the right customer service formula. Not to mention by far the biggest tile and flooring selection there is.
lets hope they keep it up.

I can in with a list my husband gave me and two small children under 4 and Dave the pro manager was extremely helpful and patient with myself and the kids. After helping me find every item on my list, he came outside to help me load my SUV. After some brainstorming and rearranging of car seats, i was able to leave with all the materials needed thanks to Dave!!

Sue and I went to F&D for a design consultation regarding our home renovation. Kitchen and 3 bathrooms plus a few living space surfaces. To say we were intimidated by the scope of our project is an understatement.
Then we met Tracy, our consultant. She was absolutely fantastic! Helped us find great choices that were within our budget. Tracy really helped us relax throughout the process. She even went "overtime" to make sure we didn't stress out with all the choices we needed to make. We have every confidence our finished project will be beautiful and exactly what we envisioned.
I cannot recommend F&D, and especially Tracy, strongly enough. Thank you, thank you!

The service of this company is appalling to their "Pro Members!"
We are a medium size construction company in the local economy and a "Pro Member."
We asked our client to pick a tile for a 600+Sqft installation. The client picked a natural tile. We've installed hundreds of thousands of Sqft through the years.
Our client based their/our purchase on the display. We worked with Johnny and Dave to acquire the tile because it wasn't available all in Nashua location, the delta of the tile was in Braintree store.
They offer a delivery option due to it not being all in one location. We agreed to pay $529. for delivery. The product was delivered and was extremely misrepresented as the video and photos show. We started the installation and determined the "cliftting" or variance in the tile was so substantial that the product was not feasible for a floor application. For an exterior application or wall tile we agree it would work due to the variation.
The tile display show common variance 1/16- 1/8 which is what our client wanted and what we determine "installable".
We went through half the pallet trying to get the floor to layout with having so that you wouldn’t rip your toes off walking in the space.
The tile that was delivered was as tall as 3/4 thick down to 1/4! There was an average of 1/2" to 5/16" from front to back or left to right. Making it not feasible to install. When speaking with the pro department about the issue and talked about our options, it was a refund was the only option they didnt have another product to offer. We paid our installers to pick up 5000lbs+ of tile on a Saturday to pick up from the site and return to the store.
Our industry is relationship based like any, Dave provided no support told me to call the store and "figure out with them"
I ended up on a call with the Operations Manager, Sam Avery and his misalignment to provide a refund for the transport cost we paid was on par with the misrepresentation of the product we received.
We "paid" one way we anticipated a partnership in working with a vendor if a product is wrong which we carried the weight quite literally one way but were still charged for the delivery so not a true return.
We will no longer be working with Floor and Decor as a company as we have had other generally minor issues with orders in the past but understand what a relationship is.
We have different interruption of what a relationship is.

To say I was overwhelmed when I walked into the store is an understatement. I told the first gentleman I saw that I needed help with ideas to design my bathroom that we are renovating. So he said he would get someone to assist me. He came back with a cute young lady. I thought to myself, “how is she going to know what I need?” (Like a judgey jerk) ?. I explained what I was doing to Chandra and she walked me all over the store and literally spent 3 hours with me!!!! Her knowledge of the store and its contents would have challenged any “pro” that steps in the door! She was so amazing and helpful. Her ability to see what “works” and what doesn’t was unbelievable. I left buying everything she recommend except my vanity because I am not ready for it yet, but I would have if I was!!! I spoke to the same gentleman I met in the beginning after my purchase and thanked him for introducing me to Chandra. I was so emotional when I left because, well I am emotional anyway, but I felt so relieved and so positive about my purchase and this enormous project I have begun in our home when I walked in the door, I was so stressed and she took that stress away in those three hours and gave me so much advice that I will use going forward with this renovation. So, Chandra, if you see this, please know that I appreciate you and your patience. Let’s face it, IM A LOT!! ?. But I hope everyone from the company sees this as well because you are amazing at what you do! Ok, I’m done. All this emotion from tile and bathroom shopping! Have a great day!!!!
