This was my first visit to Feet Fleet and it was amazing! Carson was knowledgeable, informative and patient as I got fitted for insoles. They have the technology to scan your feet and make sure you get the product that works for you. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated business!

Came here today to check out a few different models and Rachel was extremely helpful! I ended up not getting anything in store today but she was very helpful in helping me determine what styles worked best for me. Great environment here and I will definitely be coming again in the future! :)

This was the 4th store I walked into yesterday looking for Hokas to try on. I was kinda grumpy upon arrival just because I hate shopping so much. I ended up being at this store for an EXTREMELY long time trying on different shoes. The two employees who assisted me assured me that I could take all the time I wanted (I was the only customer in the store at the time), and they even let me run around outside with each pair they selected for me. I was incredibly happy that I finally got my Hokas I'd been wanting for a while! I'm typically an online shopper, but I've learned in recent years that it's best to actually try on shoes before buying. Thank you, Fleet Feet!

It was amazing I walked in and was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman. I requested to get my feet measured on the Foot IQ Machine to determine a shoe size for Hoka One One Work Shoes Bondi SR. I got the proper measurements and placed my order. I then asked if the New Bondi 8's were in? He said Yes. I asked if he had the black and white pair. He pleasantly surprised me with a 2nd yes! Got super excited then we got to work with a pair of right fitting socks and he put them on and I fell in love I Said SOLD! He then expressed that I should wear a different type of sock to fight off moisture-bother issues and to use a moisture wicking material. I had no idea this was a thing. So we found my size and ordered those too. A but pricey but your on your feet all day and they need the best care! ? Thank you so much! I will recommend and return!

I had an exceptional experience with the rep Billy on Sunday. He very patiently and kindly me talked me through my foot scan results, helped me try on a bunch of great sneakers until I found the one I was happiest with, and found me a color that happened to be on sale! I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially if you usually buy sneakers online doing your own research and haven't been satisfied.

I walk into the store today wait 20 minutes for them to wrap up another customer. I wait patiently when it’s my turn to get my shoes in the middle of the process he starts working with another customer. He takes another customer and scans their feet. I’m sitting Down with the two pairs of shoes he brought out for me and didn’t know if he’s working with me or working with them very rude. Limited items in stock for women’s 8.5 stability sneaker. One color which was not my favorite! Then I wanted plantar fasciitis socks in black and for the second visit were not in stock again? They did offer to ship sneakers, but before paying $160 I wanted to try the wide width on first, but not in stock!

This place is your ultimate stop if you looking for sneakers. I wear it for normal days and walking but I am sure there are more serious people who like to visit this place for running and training.The staff is amazing and their suggestions are priceless. This was my first time at a Fleet Feet store,and the customer service was amazing,they were very knowledgeable,and friendly.I tried in 3 different sneakers and I was able to pick the right pair of sneakers based on what I needed them for.
