This place blows.... terrible customer service. Can't make this stuff up. Stay away, and don't buy here. Store manager is a moron. Tried to tell me my brand new car is at fault for two failed car lamps bought from same store ( for different lights on the car) within 90 days of each other. Unwilling to work with me. Buyer beware. This store sucks, and word of mouth on the street is even worse. They do not back up their products and will NOT work with you if you need to return anything. Complete joke and scam. Will be reporting them on up the chain. Staff is full of idiots who just lost a customer for life.Have an appt. with Better Business Bureau on Friday.

Paint department customer service is good, counter help was pretty knowledgeable answering specific questions. Good selection of material. Pricing is decent.

I just had an incident where a driver of Vehicle #E02047 almost ran me off the road while merging into traffic. I had the right of way and they were due to merge. Discourteous and if this is how you represent your presence in the public I can’t imagine the arrogance shown by employees in the store.

Been dealing with the Nashua store for over 14 years. Pam in the paint department knows her products always gets my paint done when I need it.the parts department expedites quickly. Vince always is always fair on pricing.Tim comes to shop the once a week and knows what we need and how to get it.great salesman.keep up the good work

My wiper broke during this first and semi lengthy snow. I went in and they had really great prices! Bob was really wonderful, helped me stay within my price range, and provided over the top service in putting on the new blade for me! $8.99 for a blade! You guys are the best and that goes triple for you Bob!
