BEWARE of Packing services. I was under the impression that if the employees pack your item, it will be covered in case of damages. WRONG. Expensive item arrived broken due to poor packaging. Paid $36 to have it packed in tissue paper. Be sure to purchase full value insurance if you are having them pack your item. Tried to resolve but got the run-around between the store and hopeless/endless automated FedEx claims recordings. Staff is very friendly though. I traded a $600 damaged item for a smile every time I go there.

We came in on a Saturday before Halloween with a big order and little time. Nicole and Serenah proved to be a monumental force of customer service and technical "know-how". Their friendly attitude and patience far exceeded our expectations and brought a stroke of color to our day (no pun intended). Thank You guys for raising the bar in our customer service experience!

This is my third time, dropping a prepaid FedEx package this location, and it’s ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME RUDE ATTITUDE.Management should take notice and action.I h e thick skin, but don’t like being spoken to, like I should be so happy that They actually do a mediocre job.REALLY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THIS LOCATION.
