I have tried to go to this store numerous times and they have been closed well before the listed operation times. Maybe say you close at 5:30 rather than 6 if you’re going to close the doors amd not answer the phone

I received a text telling me that my online order was ready. I drove to the crowed mall to pick it up and the store was CLOSED (1 o’clock on Thursday)! I called for several hours with no answer. I will let the order cancel and go somewhere else. Save your time and shop else where!

Never opened on new years eve despite online hours stating it would at 10 and close at 5.

Never open. Should not be in a mall. The hours on the door are different online and when you call! I've gone to the store 4 times to do a return. Closed on Friday???

The girls at this store are incredibly rude. There were zero people in the store and they tried shuffling us out as soon as we asked for help. We went to a different Famous Footwear and got what we needed in less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time at Pheasant Lane Famous Footwear, everyone here needs to get replaced with nicer people.

Horrible experience with rude staff. I tried to return an item I never wore and the lady tossed my shoes back at me and refused to let me return them and walked away without giving me a chance to say anything. Went to a different location and was able to return the shoes with no problem. I will never be returning to the pheasant lane location, and I encourage others to do the same.

More formal shoe selections would be nice, but the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for sandals and more informal shoes, they have a good selection.

I went into this store last week to purchase a pair of sandals for my girls , while I was trying shoes on my 3 year old , I had my back turned and my 5 year old was trying on women’s sandals . That’s when the supervisor came up to me and rudely asked “ so is she going to be trying on women’s sizes “ , I’m like no she’s 5, I didn’t realize she put the shoes on . So I told my daughter to take them off . I told the lady that every time I come into this store she gives me a hard
