Just like everyone else on here says, terrible customer service. They shut off my power even tho I have no missed payment, then refused to come back and undo their mistake because "that's not their policy." Said they would "squeeze me in" the next day. Crazy that such a large company could care less about their customers. If you have the option, do not use this company!

Awful company, my account was canceled as a tenant in complex wrote my unit number rather than theirs, so my auto pay stopped and my electricity was turned off for non payment that I was not aware of because autopay....well they said it would be fixed today and no one came, I reached out and was told I have to wait till tomorrow and that I owe months of bills, which was the company's mistake not mine as I never canceled my account and was under the impression that my auto pay was still in effect. So no power and hungry kids with no way to cook or keep freshly bought groceries from going bad.

If I could give them zero stars I would.So, my room mate and I had a deal she would play electricity and I would pay rent. Apparently, she didn’t pay electricity for over 6 months so now we are 5k in debt (it isn’t even in my name!!)They shut our power off without notifying me. My toddler has type 1 diabetes and has no way of keeping her medicine cold now. Thank god it’s winter.I called to see if I could switch the accounts name and open a new account—they denied my request since we were not new tenants.I called to see if I could set up a payment plan on Friday to which they agreed and even said we might have an emergency turn in scheduled for that night. Monday rolls around and I call to make sure everything is okay but turns out they cancelled everything and bounced me around from representative to representative for a total of 5 hours. They then told me they would turn it on my today.Today rolls around and I call again just for them to tell me they need the full balance paid for before they turn it back on after agreeing to a payment plan!!!!It’s been 3 months, I don’t have that kind of money with the cost of living on the rise, a toddler and a baby on the way.Everyday I live in fear that CPS will take my child from me. I’ve tried to work with them but they are simply refusing to work with me. I have no choice but to try to move apartments and open a new account after becoming a new tenants but again, overpopulation and the cost of living crisis makes that next to impossible.I want to kill myself.

The most horrific experience ever. It is a labyrinth of prompts just to have a very simple question answered. These guys have no clue about customer service. Pay the bill and shut up don't ask questions. There is no lower score I could give them. I tried to post a sub zero but I couldn't.

Just another company piling on to absolutely devastate the working class family. No remorse, no solutions. Just pay your bill to further line their pockets or be cut off. Eversource is a collection of the worst versions of human beings on the planet.

If I could give 0 stars to every individual Eversource listed, I would. My experience has been the same regardless of where I lived. Terrible at communicating & overall seem disorganized. I often get several (totally different) responses for the same question dependent on who I'm talking to.

When they were Public Service they routinely demonstrated that they were very far from this ! Have been switching more & more to solar since I moved up here in 08' -Go Solar- it's a big bite for sure- but under the circumstances we're left with no choice unless it's back to kerosene.

Nice to be a monopoly, don't have to care about customer service. Really impressed , just bought a business and was calling to set up as a new client . Recording said 19 minute hold time, after 2 hours I gave up, not sure if I'll ever get power turned on my new business, can't wait to deal with these @$$holes when a problem arises. Maybe I'll just run the generator everyday and bypass them all together.

Regularly lose power for multiple hours, don't think I've ever gotten it back within 2. Drove by a large tree resting on power lines once, friend of mine drove by same spot a few hours later and the tree was still there, untouched, not a truck in sight. Very poor service.

Worse costumer services EVER, completely incompetent... Nightmare for a busy small business to deal with!!! Over 3 hours of calls to every department to get the assistance we needed and we were still left without any answers only to be disconnected without warning.
