Walter looked at the phone, put it under a microscope and took out a small rock. Took 5-10 minutes. No charging port replacement needed. All this and no charge. This place is great. Ray B”
“Jay is AMAZING! Call ahead, let him know whats going on. I had a VCR/DVD player that would not hold a VHS and the DVD tray was busted. I was DREADING buying a new one. Jay was able to fix the whole thing with used parts (new doesn't exist for something this old) He was completely transparent about only being able to get used parts and his price was more than fair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Now my toddler can enjoy all the movies we grew up on!”

“My pc started to have a burning smell, and Maurice took me right in and had my computer back to me in working condition the very next day. My video card was on it's way out, and even though my p/c is 7 y/o they did not try to upsell me on anything and gave me exactly what I was looking for for a fix. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful; and all for a great cost. I will certainly be back. I could not recommend this place anymore”
“Both Hope and Danny are excellent technicians with high integrity, who empower their customers.
Called in advance re needing to get a new battery (my phone battery was draining very quickly) and a new glass and frame, which they had in stock. Because I use my phone for work, Hope gave me the best times to come to minimize wait time, which gratefully did. On initial review, she discovered my glass shield protector was damaged, not the phone, and where to get a warranty replacement shield nearby. When they inspected my battery and did diagnostics, they discovered that 1) the battery had excellent health; 2) an app was draining 42% of my battery usage (which I deleted); 3) that I wasn't "closing" apps properly so were running in the background (and showed me the correct way) and 4) was keeping my screen "on" for 10 minutes vs 1 minute or less. By adjusting these 3 items, my battery would last longer. They not only didn't replace something not needed but they educated me as well. Very grateful for both. Expected to pay $210, and walked out with no bill. Very grateful for their honesty and helpfulness - highly recommend Hope and Danny, thank you!!”
