We have been with Eaton and Berube for as long as I can remember (20+) years. We had to make a change recently but we have been very happy all these years. The agents have been really helpful, the claims assistance has been great, and they covered all our needs with competitive pricing. I am sorry to have to go.

Very nice people at E&B and they do they best they can. It's their underwriters that are the problems, specifically MMG who is not only incompetent but actually dangerous! When I went to price out my auto insurance with another carrier (which was 50% less) I found out MMG charged me for an auto accident I wasn't involved in and refused to offer any assistance in rectifying the issue. Horrible, horrible company with the worse customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They make Comcast look great! If E&B wants to put you through MMG, my advice is to run, not walk.

I started my wonderful experience working with Bethany. She was able to get me a very competitive and fair rate for my home and auto. She’s also helped answer my questions about additional policies I’ve been interested in. Off to a great start. Then there was a mishap with my mortgage company and Mary, my account manager, jumped into action to help resolve it for me. She’s outlined the resolution process and her actions every step of the way. I’ve never received this much detailed attention from any other provider. They truly are wonderful and I’m so grateful they are my insurance team!

I have been with them since we moved here from Iowa ,my son brought me to them they were in a large White House at the south end of main st ,and not I go to the brick building in the north end they now have, They have always have a friendly face when you open the door ,and I have always save money for my home and vehicle ,I have had quite few ,if I have questions they always help ,

We worked with Derek and he was awesome. It is very difficult to find insurance in our industry and Derek was very diligent in getting us what we needed. He made sure we were getting all of the correct coverage and took the time to explain everything. Definitely recommend!
