Absolute nightmare. Lady Diane helped me change my license plate to vanity plate. She spelt it wrong and couldn't change it back. She had to call some lady in Concord who was on lunch and not available. They told me to sit back down. Supervisor stepped in and fixed. License plate shows up 1 week later and it's wrong and mismatching registration.Go back to Broad Street DMV. They tell me it's Concords fault, they can't get a hold of them. My choices were to sit back down until they picked up, call them myself, or drive to Concord. All because the lady Diane at the counter fat fingered my plate incorrectly and now I'm the one who has to figure out her error. Just insane.

If there were a negative rating I would have given that. Concord New Hampshire DMV is much better. I spent the entire afternoon sitting here waiting for my token number to be called. There atleast two people always gone on breaks. It's a good place if you want to learn to be patient. I spent 2 and a half hours in this place. I know it's DMV and this review doesn't matters but still writing it anyways.

I used to live in Mass and I thought nothing could be wore than the Mass DMV. That was until I came to the Nashua NH DMV. I wish there was a way to give zero stars because one star is way to much for this place I showed up to renew my license. They said it would be about an hour. I waited over an hour and a half. I went up and asked how long it would be the fossil at the counter says two hours from that point. I said at one point I was the only one there but nobody helped me. I watched the two women working fiddle with their computers for at least 10 minutes while I sat there. Then people I guess with appointments started showing up and they started helping them. He just shrugged his shoulders and said “you should have made an appointment.” The last time I renewed my license was 5 years ago. I’ve never heard about making an appointment to renew your license. The last time I renewed was at the Salem NH DMV I was in and out in 30 minutes. I left for 2 hours and came back and they still hadn’t call my number and had to wait. If you don’t make an appointment at Nashua I think they go out of their way to make you suffer. This place worse than any Mass DMV I’ve ever dealt with and again that’s saying a lot when your worse than the Mass DMV.

Decent location but this place really needs to get their act together.Moved within the state, there's a $3 fee and had a $20 bill thinking it won't be a big deal to use cash. Apparently the "greeter" station is the only one that can't take a card or make change, and if you're stupid enough to not realize this the woman behind the desk will make you look like the world's biggest idiot. It's bad enough because of this setup I would have to wait 2 hours to have someone make change, but the "greeter" made such a stink about it - telling me to go get change or wait 2 hours (I wasn't rude or anything, I just asked if she could break a $20 or take a card when her head exploded). She was so rude two people offered me cash to get me out of the place. Whether I was there or not it would be a 2+ hour wait. That booth should really be able to take a card or send you right to someone who can (which I think happened at least twice while I was there). I get taking numbers and waiting to be called for complicated transactions and licenses, but you can't handle these simple ones? Can't have a lane to prioritize quick and simple transactions? Or how about you recommend exact change on the form if it's such a big deal? The kicker is the ad on the TV that woman watches every day says you can handle an address change through a dropbox or the mail! She Didn't even bother to float that option. I wound up leaving and sending it in the mail.If you've got something simple and don't need a picture, use the mail or a dropbox.

A place with great and very polite employees, the problem is the attendant Diana who examines the documents, she is extremely rude and impatient especially with immigrants, every time you go there she creates different rules from common procedures and if you ask a question she shouts, if you want to be angry, counter 6 is the place.

As far as DMVs go, there isn’t much to complain about this place. It’s pretty smooth and efficient, typically in and out in no time.

These were the worst people ever I wish I could give a 0 rating. The older man at the “greeter” area was ABUSIVE! He called me “ridiculous”. So much for being a greeter as a job description. He said “I’m sending you right to the supervisor because you’re ridiculous” all because I didn’t have a proof of residency because I live with my mom. He wanted a bill and I brought him my mail and pay stub and would not accept it. After exchanging words with the supervisor who was also rude I did eventually get what I needed. But those people are the worst type of people. They do treat black people differently (I’m not black) but are way worse to them than they were to me!

Made an appointment before going... very good idea. I have never dealt with such nice people than I did at this office! I am 67 years old and been to the Lowell registry many many times and have never been treated like the Nashua office. Pleasant experience

The people are good but you feel like cattle - tons of people waiting and waiting. Those who have appointments are helped before those without. I stood in line for 95 minutes without moving an inch. Those who claimed to have an appointment were helped immediately upon entry and appointment status wasn't verified - some people in the non-appointment line left the line and went to the appointment line! After waiting for 95 minutes I finally got my turn; the clerk took my registration and assigned me a number and said the wait would be another 3 hours! Only 2 windows were open - where are the clerks? Why doesn't the government do something about this? Every time I have been there, the wait is the same. Ridiculous! Even those of us with handicaps are made to wait.

I went to the DMV to upgrade to a RealID. The process was fast and I was out of there within 20 minutes. The staff are really friendly. Make sure you make an appointment to make the process faster. They do walk-ins but appointments are priority.

My experience is that the people that work here are absolutely racist. If you're not white, they make things super complicated for you.

It was fine before Covid, with no appointments, it seems who ever is Incharge wants to milk the Covid thing in 2023, I get making appointments but when you need something same day from there. booking a appointment a week out is not acceptable. The system worked perfectly fine first come first serve. Or make a kiosk or allow more online documents or expand and hire more people. Maybe they want to be more like the RMV I’m Massachusetts lol

I was actually there for the ez-pass. Easy to get in and out, and turn around time getting my transport was fast. Just a long wait with way more customers than employees working.
