We went in to look for a wedding band for my fiance. We were pleasantly amazed by all the men's bands. Alex was very knowledgeable and also let him go behind and pick the style, design and color. We love how the ring came out.

Came in and talked to Eric about getting my fiancé’s ring repaired in time for her birthday celebration. Really ran me through everything, he was personable and made it seem like this was going to be nothing to worry about. And guaranteed me it would come out great.However there were a couple complications on where this business dropped the ball. Eric promised he would have the ring done on the 3rd of February this year and I dropped the ring off a week ahead of that date. The third arrived and I never received a phone call or even a message of communication about the subject. So I wasted time, money, and gasoline to get down to the shop and basically be told that it’s “still in the shop. When questioned 2 days later on why the ring wasn’t done in time another associate exclaimed that it was because the person doing the work wasn’t in that day.If there is ever a reason that you cannot complete my repair, you should contact the customer, instead I was embarrassed by showing up to a celebration empty handed and even embarrassed by showing up and wasting my time by even going down to the store and have my jewelry that I’ve spent good hard earned money on be overlooked, this being said the repair did come out okay… but the service was pretty shocking. Was offered a voucher for flowers and chocolate but declined because I don’t need to take useless trip to waste my time.Thank you for everything, but they did drop the ball.

What a beautiful store! The staff here is incredible and the selection they have is the best you'll find in Nashua. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

I've had the opportunity to work with Stephanie on multiple custom projects. Stephanie worked with me to do a custom engagement ring for my now fiance. The design she came up with was incredible. She helped me walk through the process and made things really easy leading up to the proposal! Stephanie also helped in doing a custom mother's day project, which she knocked out of the park. Lastly my fiance and I continued to work with her and Days in Nashua and were able to order our wedding bands early. Overall the experience from custom to simple was easy and affordable. I highly recommend going through Days jewlers!

Excellent service in every way. I had to enlarge my engagement ring. Day’s Jewelers also fixed scratches on the gold and a chip on the diamond. They had to add gold to enlarge it and it looks absolutely beautiful. Great communication and completed on time. Highly recommend.

Days Jewelers is a fantastic place to go if you’re looking for a customer-focused experience when buying an engagement ring. I want to specifically thank Steph King and all the support she provided me. I purchased an engagement ring through Days and I am beyond happy with the result. Steph was timely in her communication, supportive in my decisions, and incredibly friendly. Most importantly, she offered guidance throughout the process without being forceful and allowing me to make all the important decisions. I ended up making a custom engagement ring that used a stone from a family heirloom. She was incredibly helpful in matching the size/cut/clarity of the diamond with another affordable option to go in the ring. We made a three-stone ring with an oval center stone and the band was yellow gold. If you’re looking to design a custom engagement ring, I cannot recommend Steph enough. Thank you!

Day's Jewlers really went above and beyond to make my engagement happen. I gave them a price range I was looking to spend and I wasn't pressured into buying anything beyond. I was given options and I was treated professionally through the entire process. Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with. She hand delivered the ring to me, as i was in an area she frequented and I can't say enough about how much I appreciated that. I'm thankful I took my business there, and any jewelry I'm looking to invest in, I know where I'll be taking my business. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Day’s Jewelers in Maine. When we moved back to MA, we wanted to stay with Day’s as we saw they had a few locations in NH. I have been to the Nashua location 3-4 times now and have had nothing but an extremely pleasant experience. When I had to get my ring resized, the store manager Eric expedited the process so I could have my ring back prior to being in a wedding. We recently went back for the annual sale for wedding bands and couldn’t be more grateful for Steph! She made both my fiancé and I extremely comfortable while assisting us with finding the perfect wedding bands to suit our taste, and also within our budget. Alex at the front also helped us with fixing our warranty issue. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experiences at Day’s in Nashua and will definitely use them for future purchases! I had such a wonderful experience here. I was out with my mom looking for the perfect wedding band to complement my engagement ring, but didn’t know what that was so it became a day of hunting. We had gone to a couple of other stores prior to here but hadn’t found it. I’m a person that’s also big on “the right vibe” and I hadn’t found that either. We walked in to Day’s and were greeted by the manager, Eric, who was very laid back but attentive to the subtle likes and dislikes I’d discovered during my other stops that day. He offered us drinks and a chair, opened up suggestions for styles I may not have considered, and sat patiently while I bounced back and forth between styles. Over walks Chelsea, who is just as awesome. She cleaned my engagement ring (even though I told her it had been done already, she really wanted it to shine) and her experience was obvious. She was patient and let me take my time in choosing the right style. Set up mirrors and had some of her own suggestions. Not once did I feel pressured to pick a ring or even buy one from them if I didn’t find the right one. Ultimately I did pick and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I even returned the following day with my fiancé to have him pick his band. Had just as good of an experience the following day and will be using Day’s for all jewelry needs from now on .

Brought one of my pocket watches here for repairs recently; the service level is a vast improvement over some other jewelry repair services in the area. From the quick completion of the job to the helpful and courteous staff, to the reasonable price and the result that my watch is now consistently in sync with U.S. Naval Observatory time, I don't doubt I will be coming back to this shop if I have another piece that needs to be fixed.

I went to Day’s after purchasing a few watches online. I needed both re-sized and the staff was very friendly. Both of my watches were from the same brand and after the work was done on them one watch fit nice so I assumed the other one did too so I didn’t try it on. A mistake on my end.Unfortunately a few weeks later when I went to Jared to have a few links taken out of the one that didn’t fit, it was discovered that the pins on my watch were put in backwards. This lead to me paying more money for the extra work and after looking at the other watch I can see that the pins are backwards on that one too.The customer service at Day’s was great. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the job they did on my pieces. Despite the free drinks at the mini bar and nice employees I can’t trust going back there again for any future purchases or repairs.
