Unreliable. They close without warning…kind of a problem when people rely on them on their medication.

Had them administer covid and flu shots at our company problem was when the CVS sent the patient's doctors the information the date was 2 months later. The date they sent to the patient doctors was when the company was billed instead by CVS not when administered! Then when confronted to the administer (CVS) he refused to correct their mistake. They didn't want to correct their mistake. Didn't want to make the effort to make things right, I found this out at my doctor's office when I went for my physical!! So I showed them the card when it was done at that point was correct. The point is the other people that were immunized 50 or so their doctors won't have the correct information...

My wife needed a prescription filled. She called CVS at 3:08 in the afternoon. She asked to have the prescription for 5:30 PM. They said it would not be an issue, but when I arrived at 6:15 to pick it up I was told it would be another 30 minutes. So I left went home and had to come back later that evening to get her prescription. I told them I wanted to know why it took so long to fill a prescription when my wife called and asked to have it ready 2 1/2 hours later. They said, they've been shorthanded and running behind all day. If that was the case why didn't they tell my wife that it would not be ready by 5:30 but it would be ready by 7 pm. This continues to be a real problem with the CVS pharmacy on Amherst Street in Nashua New Hampshire. I understand economy is overheated and it's hard to get help. Yet, there is no excuse to take 3 1/2 hours to fill one prescription!

I've used this pharmacy for years but as time has gone on I've noticed the pharmacy staff just get more and more rude. I'm tired of getting attitude and being treated like a total inconvenience every time I go to pick up my prescription. Wish I got the name of the lady I had last time. Management if you see this.., go over proper customer skills with your staff please.., especially in the pharmacy.

The pharmacist is perfectly fine, but they never have my meds in stock or have them all ready at the same time. If I fill three scripts on the same day, I will often have to go back on two or three separate days to pick them up. This negates the convenience factor of being able to fill my scripts while shopping, which is the entire point of having a pharmacy in store.

I think a lot of the reviews for the CVS at 600 Amherst Street (in Target) actually are for this location based on reading them and that location has only been a CVS for a couple years, but there are reviews going back to 2014. This CVS is terrible and the people are so rude. It takes forever to fill a prescription and it's a rare occasion that their time estimates are anywhere near accurate. About a week ago I got a text message stating a prescription for my daughter was ready. We get there and it hasn't actually been mixed yet. Ok, that only took a few minutes (although certainly not the first time we've had this type of issue). This past weekend I refilled a prescription using the CVS app, but instead of having it mailed to me I selected that I wanted to pick it up at this location. Checking my account on-line I didn't see that the prescription was in process, even though I received an e-mail confirmation. I originally e-mail customer care, who told me to reach out to my local pharmacy. They were having phone issues and I called 12 times, sat on hold several times only to be hung up on eventually, it rang busy a few times, and a couple times it just rang and eventually disconnected. After 40+ minutes I finally got through to the pharmacy and the woman who answered was rude right off the bat and kept talking over me. Never again will I fill a prescription at this location. No need to be rude to customers. I have sent feedback to customer care as well.

Very slow CVS. Usually I go to the one inside target across the street and they get everything done in 10 min even when busy. This CVS has me wait 40 min to put a sealed box in a bag and scan it.

I use this pharmacy for prescriptions that get filled monthly and sometimes more often than that. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and gone the extra mile to phone my doctor to re-up prescriptions if mine are out of date or in disorder which they often are. They are sensible and reasonable; I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I've never had a bad experience, and I consider myself something of a complicated/problem customer.

Much better than the standalone CVS location across the street. This location is in Target. I miss their Target Rx rewards.

Pharmacy is not good. Drop off script, they say it's all set.... Then they call later saying thy can't fill bc of a new policy. I ask when the policy went into effect pharmacist says last week. Talk to my dr. Who wrote prescription and CVS in Nashua on main st. They both say they don't know what this pharmacy is talking about. Bottom line is a lot of running around for no reason- will not go here again

The technician was very nice taking my information to fill my script. I gave him my pharmacy discount card and said I have a coupon on my phone. When I went to pick up the script they said the discount was declined and they refused to rerun the script with the coupon discount. The pharmisist was debating with me that the discount can't be right because they never have had a 90 day supply of a medication be less then $10. I told them another CVS in target had no problem accepting the coupon . The pharmisist continued to be very argumentative. I was disappointed in the service I received especially when I have experience wonderful service at other target locations.
