214 Daniel Webster Highway Nashua, NH 03060 I was a customer these past eight years but switched today. Tried to charge me $437 for a drug, which my insurer, Aetna, said I should only pay $47. When I told the staff there must be a mistake, she freaked out and started to scream at me. I went to another pharmacy that sold the drug for $47.00. I will not be going back to CVS. The staff is rude and constantly changing. Parking is terrible. No checkout service, only scanning machines. Everyone acts like you are doing them a favor. Prices are high compared to online.

I like CVS however I have a problem with my prescription which has been not getting addressed by CVS. I have contacted 1- 800 customer service, I have called stores few times, I have made sure my auto refill setting is off in spite of that CVS pharmacy keeps refilling my prescriptions automatically and I am really frustrated with that.I should be conveniently able to use auto refill button and it should work according to my settings.Additionally, CVS app let you fill out email form to contact CVS but it does not let you submit. Submit button doesn’t work for the email form.

I will go out of my way to shop at the CVS on Daniel Webster in Nashua, NH. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I am always greet with a smile, especially by Arlene - she makes me feel like an old friend!

This place is unreal I sat at the photo booth for like 10 minutes no one helped me no one asked me if I needed anything at all finally someone helped me I go up to the cash register scan my pictures and there was a lady right next to me I needed help or something to further purchase my stuff then she decides she's right next to me and not to help me at all after like 2 minutes so the customer service really sucks and they judge people here for sure customer rating is a one for me

Exceptional Service from CVS Cashier Adelene!I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Adelene, a remarkable staff at CVS. From start to finish, her exceptional service made my shopping experience truly memorable.Adelene greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, instantly putting me at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the transaction. What impressed me the most about Avelene was her genuine willingness to go the extra mile. The Manager or person in charge today was excepcional!! There was no register, only self checkout and there was a line, he helped everyone with kindness, patience, exeptional customer service. Did not get frazled, great asset to CVS

Horrible. Was at Costco pharmacy, for my one prescription. BCBS no longer recognizes Costco as a pharmacy. CVS pharmacy is in BCBS network. Called my doctor, he, for whatever reason, sent my prescription to CVS in Provincetown. It was a technical glitch. Went to CVS, Nashua to try to reverse this. They were unable or unwilling to do this. Thankfully, I was able to hold on, as I had alternative meds. My BIG concern is: If these IDIOTS at CVS pharmacy, Nashua NH are holding up meds for heart patients, folks who need meds to survive, etc., that's a problem.Went to the Walmart pharmacy, Hudson NH. OMG, such a big difference.

Edit: If there's a way to speak to someone in the pharmacy please let me know. I've called multiple times over the past several days, waited on hold for over 15 minutes each time, and no one ever answers the phone.The store itself is fine, but my experience at the pharmacy was terrible. The head pharmacist was extremely rude when I went to drop off my prescription, giving me a difficult time because my doctor prints out two prescriptions on one sheet of paper. The pharmacist scolded me like I was a child because I had separated the two prescriptions so I could drop off the correct one. How else am I supposed to drop off one prescription and not the other without separating them? I mentioned I had never had an issue at my old CVS pharmacy, and she snapped at me, telling me they were wrong to do it for me like it was my fault. I will not be going back to this location.

Waited behind two cars in the drive thru pharmacy where I was the last car in line. The car directly in front of me took 10 minutes and had a whole bag of prescription items and by the time I pulled up to the window, the pharmacist tells me they are closed for lunch and to come back at 2:00pm. I told her I could not because I have work at 2:00pm and all I needed was my one prescription that is already ready for pick-up. She shrugs her shoulders and says there’s nothing she can do. I think that is the rudest thing a person could possibly do. She could not spend an extra minute to grab my prescription because she wanted to go on her lunch break. I am done making multiple trips to this cvs and that was the worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed.

They were SO QUICK at filling my prescription! I had just come from the doctor's office and by the time I got home, it was ready....less than a half hour after the doctor called!
