Went to get a snack and gas and the app is all new and having issues so after getting it set up it wouldn’t let me pay and they wouldn’t honor the member prices or the coupon I was trying to use for a soda and gas. Told me I need to call customer care. Advertised sales and deals you need to download the app for but it doesn’t work. False advertisements.

The woman at the register Alicia is very miserable you shouldn’t be working with customers if you are just huffing and puffing at every customer

absolutely the worst Cumberland farms around. it does matter what time of day you go in there they never have any food ready in the "hot and ready food area". there reasoning and excuse is o you can ask us to cook anything and it will only take 2-5 min to cook depending on the item, but they don't under stand you have to wait atleast 1-3 min to get one of them to give you a moment from dealing with the register to see what you want then they have to go to the back to get it and then put it in and cook it another 5 min and then once it's done they are with more customers and the line has gotten long and they can't put together your meal for at least another 2-5 min because of other customers then they need to finish putting it all together another 1-3 min it's close to 10-15 min total which when your on the run or going to work who has 10-15 to dealwiththiseveeytime you come in?
and if you ask them why they don't have it ready ever. they get very very offended and upset with massive aditude about it not taking long to just order. and when I say but that's not what is supposed to be going on here there needs to be hot food ready they just don't get it.

Had a racist cashier that would not accept a passport unless it was a USA passport . So if you visiting from another country and have your passport your unable to purchase cigarettes here at this store. Don’t worry there’s other Cumberlands that do accept them just this one on this day did not accept because I have come here on multiple other occasions and have used a passport and never had an issue, till today with this lady….. and manager as well did not accept passport.

I'm one of the millions of people out there who never writes a single review about something unless it's bad (or weird), so do forgive me...I went into this place a little after midnight on July 24th, 2023. I was driving back up north after spending the weekend down in southern CT where my family is. I drank alot of caffeine to keep me awake, but needed to relieve myself badly, so stopping here seemed convenient. I went inside and there was some blonde chick employee behind the counter and maybe 1 other customer in the store. She just gave me a wide-eyed, thousand-mile-stare but said nothing as I headed for the bathroom. When I came back out, there was 1 guy in the beer section, and the blonde chick was over at the fountain drink area. As I was walking toward the front door, I heard the girl shout out *something*; my hearing is kindof impaired, so the only 2 words I could discern were "your" & "friend", but she definitely wasn't saying "Have a good night". For a split second I thought maybe she was shouting across the store to the guy in the beer section, but when I turned she was staring directly at me. Not knowing what she said, I responded "I'm sorry, what was that?" She just gave me the same silent, wide-eyed, thousand-mile-stare, like she was staring into my soul, then after a moment she just muttered "Haveagoodnight" then looked away.I can't remember if I responded or not, but I went out into my car, and as I put my phone down, I began to look up slightly, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw that she was just staring at me with her hands on the glass out the store window almost directly in front of my car. I looked away for a second, pretending I didn't notice as I was starting up the car, and then when I looked back up, she was gone.Maybe I was just overtired and I'm overthinking the oddity of this, or maybe she *thought* I was someone else she knew, but I couldn't help but be weirded out thinking about it for the rest of my drive back, especially since I've never stepped foot inside that Cumberland Farms before. Oh well.
