Usually I think Costco treats its members at a high standard so my recent experience didn't match my expectation. We ordered three pairs of glasses for family members (yeh, we are near-sight family..) and when we pick up, we were only given two, saying the third one was not ready. I checked after one month, and was told the 3rd pair was already there when we picked up the two. I understand occasional overlook, what motivated me to this review is the rude tone of the guy who answered my phone. He didn't apologize as if it were my fault and I didn't feel he care this matter at all. While, if this is your department job where you get your salary, then you need to care, at least pretending it. I later want to double check the glass is physically there so I called again. A lady answered the phone and I feel she was understandable and polite. That's why I give 3 star instead of 1 star.

Still good selection of goods. I am not sure if it was Covid or some kind of a hole virus, few old farts who work there making comments while I and my wife are shopping. I wonder if those old farts are racist s**tbags. Also people in food court is always grumpy. I think it is due so many customers and I feel bad for them. Anyways, good selection, mostly good employees, always busy, and few bad apples.

I just had an issue and spoke with a Manager out front and he took care of the issue 100% without even missing a step. This Managers name is Dave and he is fantastic and should be commended and promoted. He knows customer service well and takes care of his customers!

Got a decent pair of progressive glasses from them and was very surprised. They even repaired my glasses as best they could be. Would recommend them for purchasing glasses.

So a line starts to form in the tire center cause someone was talking long with a one person working. I everyone's waiting in line, then this one Karen wanted to ask if she could just get her keys cause she didn't want to wait. The guy helps her lik3 there aren't 3 ppl in line in front of her. So now we wait longer. It wasn't even a real quick transaction like handing her, her keys. He had to walk to the back, get the paperwork and keys. Give her information, write stuff down etc. It really bothers me that people can't be patient like the rest of us and instead of the employees enforcing fairness this happens

They knock it out of the park on integrity with most things but ...geeeeze it's a wild card with staff at the eye glass counter. They range from outstanding to aggressive countermanding. I simply wanted my lenses replaced in the frames I bought there, which they tell you they do when you first buy them. She insisted the lab wouldn't because I had a scratch on the paint on the metal frames. ?!? And this person was such a hard sell for new ones, that I get the impression they're on commission.

Really disappointing, i go to Costco very often mostly for there coffees. this costcos coffee is a waste of money every time. the coffee is pure foam. gone in 4 sips, and it's really hard to sip? for some reason?? i've now stopped buying the coffees here. and let alone that, the staff id mostly rude when you ask for anything at the food court. they gotta fix something there with the staff, and also get a new coffee machine. once they were happy enough that day to replace our coffees for the smoothies. they were disgusting. it doesn't help i'm allergic, but they didn't even blend it completely. full strawberries, really sugary too. don't waste your time. also it's SO FREAKING CROWDED. ALL THE TIME.

Unfriendly staff, overly crowded, difficult to access, prices at this location are actually higher than Costco on Maui . Does not carry great quality or selection. Also does not have Gas.

Came back here after almost 2 years away, and have to say...this NH location beats the pants off the (somewhat bigger) Costco in Everett MA where I usually go! Prices on a lot of things are 10-20% lower (e.g. coconut oil, bulk nuts, etc), and they carry some stuff that the MA location doesn't have. And the snack bar somehow has better food all around: pizza, hot dogs, frozen ice cream, even the frozen latte! This place takes 20 minutes longer to get to, but might be worth it at least once a month.

I have been a Costco customer for more than 5 years now. This place is a one stop shop for all your needs. I blindly trust Costco when it comes to the quality of the product. If something is available at other stores and Costco, Costco is my ultimate choice. They have lots of parking space and yet you might struggle to find one. Because it's always busy. The staff is super friendly and goes a long way to help you with your needs. Kudos to the Costco Team. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended. The only con is that they don't have gasoline station at this location.

Costco greeters very rude. Took my service dog in they were rude about it and didn't let us in. Customer service even at self checkout were rude.

A member for a decade now. I simple cannot say enough about how great this company is. The one thing I regret is not making the connection between how good it is and buying shares way back when I first started the Costco membership. What's to like: This particular location (Nashua, NH) just feels spacious and is nicer than the Waltham one. The folks who work here seem to have that in them too. Waltham just feels rushed and dark (inside the warehouse). Costco's amazing policies are so customer friendly. I can't believe they haven't taken over the world already. (Their online strategy needs work. C'mon, folks you can do this. It's not hard. You can beat amazon. They don't even have physical warehouses like you do) If it wouldn't have serious marital consequences, the first kid would have been called Costcon, the 2nd: Costcone and the 3rd: Costcoans

Been here multiple times for eye exams. Was sad to see Sunday (7/25/21) that Dr. Anthony Messa appears to no longer be inside of Costco. Had been visiting him inside Costco for years.
