I had my tires swapped and the guy working there went above and beyond to help me saved a fortune that I would’ve missed. Thank you.

Made an appointment, dropped off on time. Was told it would be an hour. Sitting here for 2 hours while they try to find a tire leak. This place sucks and is poorly run and apparently understaffed.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I had the most wonderful experience here. Ordered tires on Thursday, got them on Friday and installed on Monday. Installation took about an hour! Dealership wanted $1100 for tires, got it from here for $810!

Do not bring your car to their tire shop if you care about it. They scratched 3 of my wheels and denied my damage claim, which they use a 3rd party insurance company for. Here's a list of excuses I got from the insurance company, assistant manager, and general manager of the store:
- The damage could not have happened on a Costco tire machine
- The damage could have happened during a tire rotation
- The damage occurred because the paint on my wheels is compromised (I demonstrated in person this is not true)
- My wheels are rusting (they're aluminum)
- My paint is bubbling (its not)
- There's dirt in the scratches, so they couldn't have been caused at Costco
- The wheel condition is consistent with the mileage on the car
- The narrow, perfectly circular scratches could have been caused on a curb
- Lastly, the least frustrating one; we don't know if the damage was there before the tire install

Costco has pretty much everything! Unfortunately their employees don't seem to know where anything is! I don't know, maybe over there is the standard. I asked 5 different employees there for an item I saw on their online site. One employee told me where it was but it wasn't there. My last hope was ZACH, not only did he tell me, he actually SHOWED me where it was!! A+ ZACH! He saved the day!!!

Rude and unprofessional optometry staff! I have been a customer of the Costco optical department for years. When Dr Messa passed away a few years ago, Dr. Doan moved in and took over. I called Dr. Doan's office to fax my medical records to my opthalmologist for a pressing medical issue. Dr. Doan's receptionist made this simple task one of the rudest and most unprofessional encounters I have had to date. I called the optical department manager, Tobias, and asked if he could intervene and see that my records were faxed properly. He tried to reason with Dr. Doan's office staff but was rebuffed as rudely as I was. In his words, "Apologies sir, but she was as rude and arrogant with me as she was with you. Please be patient, I will follow up and ask Dr Doan to fax your records to your doctor."

Love the quality and prices. I have bought everything from TV, computer, clothes, eye glasses and groceries.

There's a new supervisor working here named Jonathan. He's extremely rude, condescending and makes up new rules as he talks. After speaking with the manager (Bob or Rob - can't remember which it was), he confirmed that what Jonathan was saying are the rules, aren't in fact the rules. Jonathan then went up to the podium and proclaimed to the other supervisor, Tim, that I have a lot of attitude, yet he was the one marking snide comments and telling me that even though I'm not listening to his rules, that I'll still be able to get out of here safely. Not exactly sure why my safety was brought up, but in the last 15+ years that I've been a Costco member, I've never felt like I've needed to be concerned about my safety. He continued his attitude problem and making up rules with other customers, talking down rudely to them, etc. Costco, if the behavior that Supervisor Jonathan is exhibiting is the new normal, then you will lose me and others as members. Unacceptable at every level. Hopefully the manager I spoke with coaches Jonathan's behavior so that we can all continue to shop/work in harmony.

Mixed review. I took advantage of the sales in November and ordered winter tires for my Yukon XL, smooth ordering process but the rest was a headache. Earliest appointment was booked out over a month, fine, arrive for appointment and was told it would be 1.5 hours, fine. Get out to my vehicle after getting my keys and paperwork and first thing I notice is the globs of grease/lube all over my rims and tires. An annoyance for sure but not the end of the world. Get in and start it, tire pressure is way under in 2 tires, over in one and just right in one. Figured I would give it a bit driving to see if it was a fluke. Nope! They couldn't even fill them right, great. As I turn onto the highway and grab the bottom of my wheel I feel a huge scrape on my previously perfect steering wheel. Now I'm fuming mad. I decided to avoid being one of those customers that makes a scene and felt it best I call the next day when I was calm. You would think I'd be given an apology when I called or offered any promise of resolution but I was not. Due to all of the above, over all Costco tire center gets ZERO stars. However, they can thank my 3 star review to their 5 star employee, Cameron. He didn't treat me like a crazy person for being upset that my immaculate and incredibly well cared for vehicle was carelessly damaged by someone too lazy to adjust the steering wheel, (with a simple push of a button), he understood I was aggravated that the tire pressure was way off and that my sensors were never reset, he made my concerns valid and he took care of every single one. Cameron deserves a raise and a bonus for being the only one that handled all of that correctly.

Crazy wait time. staff doesn't know how long it is going to take. Just a poor customer service overall. Plan to spend 2-3 hours for the installation of new tires

Sure wish they would secure the bakery and produce containers. 7$ worth of blueberries are now all over the parking lot. I've also had bakery items just slide out of bags as soon as I pick them up. Will still come here for bulk stuff 'cause it's Costco! However, I'm irrationally pissed about those blueberries...

Great service. Unfortunately, Costco is having issues keeping up with the number customers waiting for tire installs. 6 or 7 weeks back up. Luckily, I was able to get the work done on short notice. Otherwise, the help was great and very accommodating. Great price and all the extras included!!

Stay away from this place! I easily purchased tires online, but it took 2 weeks for them to be delivered and installation appointments are scheduling a month out. They will not let me return them online. They said I must physically go into the store pick the tires up and then return them. Huge hassle. I got my tires installed the same day elsewhere
