The cosmoprof in Nashua isn't up to the same standards as some of the other locations. It is very dimly lit, and the plaza maintenance crew does not stay on top of cleanliness. The side walk has so much salt and leaves that it gets dragged into the store and it's all over the place when you walk in. The atmosphere is not usually welcoming or inviting. I will continue to shop there, however I think you all should talk to your plaza owner and management about some much needed improvements.

The manager at this place Karen refused to help my friend after having some issues with something she bought and the manager got in her face WITHOUT a mask during the covid-19 epidemic. I won’t ever buy from here again and I suggest looking into this women’s work ??

It was great until an employee shared private information with other customers. I will never do business with them again. Very sad to find catty salon politics and salon drama alive and well at Cosmo Prof.

Be prepared to be followed around the store and treated like a 13 year old degenerate no matter who you are. The staff is rude, unhelpful, their not knowledgeable about any of their products. They will give you a hard time if you forget your card. I stopped shopping here.
