I'm a retired hairdresser but kept my license after a head injury. This business has the kindest staff one could imagine. Recently I was helped by Jack and Amanda and the perfect products were chosen for my needs and also professional advice about the products when I called with a question. It's nice to engage with people who care about others and are very knowledgeable about products...........gratefully, Donna

Rude staff following me around and asking *several* times if I had my license which I’ve been a paying customer and professional hair specialist for years now. Pretty lame experience. Unhelpful staff. Won’t be going back to this establishment.

I was in the store as a young lady was politely asking for help and the manager Karen refused to assist her. I checked into the situation. Basically the customer purchased a lamp for nails and decided she didn’t want it. It was clearly not used and hadn’t been opened. The young lady was pleading with the manager to help her call corporate and the manager called the police on the young lady. Karen needs to be fired. I reported this incident to corporate! I won’t be shopping at this location again after observing this!

The sign says licensed professional only. I don't do hair anymore but I keep up my license for professional products. If something is out of stock, the girls will order it for you.

As a licensed cosmetologist for almost 40 years I have to say that the girls at COSMOPROF are always friendly and helpful. It's a store geared towards licensed cosmetologist. If you don't have a license they will not sell to you. Products in the store are sold to licensed cosmetologist who know how to use them.
