Over a month ago, I was told by the service department to leave my 2019 Jeep Wrangler, purchased at Allen Mello in 2020, due to a known defect where the rear axle differential malfunctions. I was told by the dealership this makes the car unsafe to drive. Today, I still do not have a date when the replacement parts will be available and the dealership has not provided a loaner, as required by NH's Lemon Law. The car is under warranty and has less than 40,000 miles. Now, I am a public school teacher and thus far have spent more than a month's salary on a rental as the Jeep is my only way to commute to work. Since I cannot afford to spend any more on a rental, I am now forced to ride a bike to commute, buy groceries, etc. When I asked for an offer to sell the Jeep back to this dealership, they told me they would not even look at it unless it was out of the service department.Even Allen Mello does not want to buy a Jeep I guess. If you find yourself in a similar situation, there are a number of places you should reach out to:NH Dept. of SafetyDMV - New MV Arbitration Board23 Hazen DriveConcord, NH 03305(603) 227-4385e-mail:

Between the bait and switch and blatant lies of the sales staff wasting everybody's time, or completely ignoring prospects on the lot as if playing hard to get is a sales tactic to the parts department rushing to close down 15 minutes before 5PM when seeing approaching customers, this place is really something to avoid as nobody there seems to want to work. Will not step foot in this place ever again.

Had exhaust "fixed" in 12/22. Had been a customer for last 10 years since truck was bought there.Charged me 130$ to replace an exhaust clamp.3 months later it failed. I was getting pulled over. Called them they said I had to talk to manager first.Got pulled over had to get it fixed asap.Jays exhaust in Lowell did excellent and proper work. Said it was not done or correctly.Called Allen Mello service dept said they couldn't do anything even though registered reputable shop did work that specializes in exhaust.Have to just eat the money. Place keeps losing employees, service prices keep increasing and quality in the toilet. I've had so much work done there and they have screwed up other stuff and actually used to take accountability.I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND RAM OR ALLEN MELLO.Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota out of NashuaNever do business with them again. So much for telling them one time they underbilled me.If I could give negative stars I wouldRun don't walk from this place. They clearly pay for ad cleaning (look it up it's a thing) to get a 4.4 star rating.

I really want to take time to say thank you to Jim the GM. I guess you can say good karma does work in the long run. I'm a firm believer when you do good in the world it does come back to you. Kelly and i were very blessed to meet the GM Jim at Allen Mello Chrysler Dodger. Jim, Karl, and the whole staff made very easy for us to buy our first XR392 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2022. I really can't say enough about Jim, he's definitely the type of person you would want as a dad, grandfather, friend, boss, and GM. Thank you Karl my sales person. You were amazing, a really appreciated all you have done for us.Thank you Allen Mello

ok so I believe if I'm getting a service weather it's out to dinner and the waiter or waitress is good then I leave a really good tip. same goes for if I went to Petco and I was treated nicely I go on and leave a good review, this is how you find really great places to go to. As far as in a dealership, hey it's a dealership! you know going into it they are going to be out to get you the best they can, and that's fine, it's part of the job! BUT! let me say this about Allen Mello of Nashua NH. (Deep Breath!). I went there back in May of this year for a car I saw online. it was a 2017 Nissan maxima SR 3.5. Beautiful looking car for being used and I wanted it. My two brothers and I went to look at the car and the salesman that came right up to us when we got out of our car, his name was Carl Bouthot, seemed like a really nice guy and I'm sure he is outside the dealership. Carl told me it was priced to sell and the price was the price. I was fine with that. we looked it over and found three things that wanted addressed. 1) needed valve stem covers. 2) Needed a clip on a piece of molding as it was flapping. and #3) the battery was all corroded had battery acid around the posts. I asked Carl for a new battery and he had to go ask the guy sitting at the desk. Carl said the battery was fine it was just dirty will take it in and clean it up for you! I told him it's not dirty it's old it needs to be replaced. Three salesmen came out to check one of them being "the big boss" They all said that the battery was fine. So I told them have a good day and we walked away. Once they saw us leaving they ran over and said will put a new battery in. I asked for a Carfax and it has the car ever been hit Mr. Carl my salesman said no you're good to go. I bought the car! I love the car drives great. Couple of weeks later I went out and bought a buffer and I washed and waxed it to make it look even nicer. That's when I found out it's been hit on the driver side rear passenger door quarter panel where the fuel filler door is and the left rear tail light was replaced. Found over spray in three different areas. So the car was hit pretty hard. And you knew they knew that the car was hit as they also had to detail the car before selling it! So Mr. Carl Bouthot lied threw his teeth in order to just make a sale, not caring about nothing else but his Percent of the sale that he makes. This salesmen smiled and shook my head and at the same time he was stabbing me in the back! So this is what I wanted to put on Yelp so hopefully others who are thinking of buying a used car from ALLEN MELLOI'd think twice!!! They run a shady Business over there and all they're thinking about is themselves in the mighty dollar, they sure in hell don't care about the customer! And if you do go there just make sure you ask the salesman his name, because I wouldn't trust Carl as far as I could throw him....

Why they are referred to as 'stealerships.' Brought my vehicle in for one, specific issue, a misfire in cylinder six as my OBD II pulled. I'm contacted that the two suspected parts were indeed needing replacement, a spark plug and an ignition coil. That was exactly what I told them that I suspected was the culprit. The cost to fix it as noted on the bill? $174. But... 'BTW, we found a ton of other stuff that your vehicle needs that you didn't come in for.' I said no thanks, I just came in for the single issue, I'll get to the other items later. They pushed and stated that the warranty company will cover these other two items that 'you need.' So I say, if I'm not paying for it, go right ahead, I guess. You can guess the rest. I get there and expect to pay up to $400 for plugs and a coil. Nope I'm hit with over $1,000. My father was a service manager for 32 years (not in a stealership)...I was raised in the shop and was turning a wrench before I could drive. What I was told and what happened were two very different things. You just don't do this and certainly not to a family man as Christmas is right around the corner. The fast talking, false statements hit me very hard in the wallet and that's not how my dad ran his business nor how I run mine. I will NEVER be going here again. Want repeat customers, stop the BS, be honest and do what the customer is asking for and stick to your word. Reached out to my attorney to see if this should be taken to small claims. Find a good local mechanic, like GTA in Milford. They tell you that "this needs to be fixed, want us to do it now or would you like to come back later?" Shame on me from going anywhere else, shame on you for being scumbags. I can fix the oil filter housing myself, I came in for a plug and coil which I just didn't have time to get to myself. Pissed.
