Overall very kind staff with great service by the tellers in this branch and the branch manager is very nice.12/29/23 In store is only open 9am-4pm and when I walked in with little to no customers in the branch to open a bank account the banker asked me if I would like to make an appointment? I ask “do I have to make an appointment ?”. The banker told me that it’s a holiday week and that she is going on lunch so no one can help me at the moment. Weird!1/06/24 at 11:54am the door to building was locked and could not get in. Hours suppose to be 9:00am-12pm

Teller (Mary, I believe) short changed me $100 and claims they did nothing wrong. I am now having to get in touch with the manager to get access to the security cameras. As soon as I get my money back, I will be closing down both of my accounts (lifelong accounts may I add) . I am absolutely flabbergasted that a bank has this much of an issue with their cash handling. Unless you feel like having your money stolen and having to jump through hoops to get it back, I would save your time and take your business somewhere else .

Was there a few minutes before opening and was greeted by a rude bankteller . she forced me to go around the building and into another lane , making me wait behind 4 people , even though i was the first one here !

Extremely poor tech per their mobile app and internet banking. I mean horrible. Always down, average every other week. ATM's also crash often. A ridiculous amount of hidden "service fees". Additionally, my in laws have a mortgage through them and it has been, to put it lightly, a horror show. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK!!!!

I had a wonderdul time and smooth transaction with Eli. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to this bank and asking for Eli. The worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have $100K plus in the accounts, and they don't care. They call me, say we need to talk to you at your earliest convenience today, but don't have voicemail. I call the 800 number, they say they don't know anything about the branches. They say the main branch number has voicemail, they lied. The website offers no email contact, for anything. I don't know how they are still in business. No call back the next day. This is simply criminal.

Full-service bank with friendly and helpful staff. Open 6 days plus 24-hour ATM. Online banking. Low or no fee checking. Savings, CD's, investments.

The tellers are nice, but the Branch Managers are rude jerks. They will only help if it means that they will not have to give any money. If it means that they will receive money they will be very friendly. It is as though the bank doesn't have much money. Also, their phone assistance system is very bad. It takes 15 minutes or more and talking to at least 3 people to get anything done,
