If I could give negative stars, I would. I came into the branch on 12/5/2023 to open a new business account. I thought everything was done correctly until I got home and noticed the account was linked to my husband's Chase acct; my husband should have NO access to the biz acct. I had to call to get this fixed because this branch was not answering their phones. On Dec 12th my debit card finally arrives...with the wrong name. I call customer support to get that fixed & was told I would have a new card in 3-5 business days. On 12/28 I realized I still do not have a debit card & call to see why I haven't received the card from my interaction on the 12th. I was told that I would have to go to the branch to have this rectified because the account is less than 30 days old ... even though this was NO fault of my own. After spending over an hour on the phone, I decided to close the account. I can't imagine keeping an account that will have a steady amount of funds coming in with Chase. 3 strikes and they disappointed each time. The absolute WORST service I have ever received from a bank.

Mediocre customer service. Applied for a credit card on Thursday. Rep had AirPods in her ear while helping me. Also wouldn't move the screen so I could see what was happening, I had to keep moving it to see.Finally I was supposed to receive the credit application to my email and still haven't received it, 3 days later. Not a good first impression

Avoid Chase at all costs! They are masterful at the art of scamming customers out of money. They lie at every turn and when you call them on their deceit they get offend and hang up. Would be cheaper to just burn money than to use them. Try to close a credit card with them. Go ahead they will find new ways to add fee upon fee even after you've paid in full.

Today is 11/2/2022 and I would like to say that I'm very disappointed with this bank. What bank charges people to receive their government benefits early, I have never heard such a thing. I receive SSDI and was thinking I would've received my SSDI payment two days ago like most other financial institutions but instead because I have a "basic checking account" and not a "chase secured checking account" that mind you requires a monthly fee to keep it open, that unless I signed up for a Chase secured checking account I would not receive my deposit early, instead it would be deposited on the 3rd not to mention that they could not give me an approx time in which my deposit would hit. So needless to say once my check gets deposited tomorrow I will be closing my account with Chase

The bank teller and bank assistant along with the banker were far above average for me today not only did they help me with a cold they also were a pleasure to speak with and this was definitely the highlight of my not only day my week

Mike, the banker was not friendly. It almost felt like he didn't really want to help. I believe I got all the paperwork. He basically spent some time on his monitor and then said sorry and sent us back. Then I went to another branch and got treated totally differently. There was no issue at all at this other branch.

Typical big bank. All Mistakes appear to be designed to nickel and dime you and mistakes only go one way. Currently dealing with them Charging me BS $8.00 for a cashiers check after they "mistakenly" told me the account I opened would get me free ones. NO SERVICE A BUNCH Of idiots

Disrespected my grandmother called her crazy. When I was stuck in Ohio to deposit money in my account. So I had to take a flight to get cash and take another flight back to pick up my vehicle. I gave them a piece of my mind and closed my account. Absolutely disrespectful staff to an elderly woman who tried to get her grandson home. I made a formal complaint to corporate. And spoke to the regional manager. Needless to say they told me policy's would be changed and people would be fired.

I stopped by to get a bankers check and was greeting very nicely at the door. The cashier, Naomi was very attentive and friendly. The other workers were also very friendly in seeing if I needed any help and even offered water. Great service.

They donate to the Democrats. Do the country a favor and support a small, local bank that doesn't donate money to federal politicians and channels it into the local economy.
