My wife and I were looking for a power lift recliner in preparation for upcoming medical needs and, knowing very little about them, decided to visit different stores to compare and contrast. The selection offered by Charron, albeit smaller, was far superior to the much larger store, and their prices were much lower even with the larger store's discounts. But what really sold us on Charron was their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They knew the detailed information about their products and were willing to go the extra mile to help us. In contrast, the people at the larger store didn't know the answers to many of our questions and could not be bothered to research the answers. When our chairs were delivered, the staff who assembled our chairs knew exactly what they were doing; they completed their work quickly and answered all of our questions. We are 100% certain that we made the right decision to buy from Charron. They stand behind their products and will be available for any customer support that might be needed.

I live 55 miles aways in Keene NH. The local supplier is abysmal. Needed a wheelchair after breaking my ankle. Over two weeks with nothing. Calls either went unanswered or no estimated date. Found Charron on line. They had them in stock. My wife was going to drive the 55 miles to get it. Instead, Amanda one of the employees delivered it. That is customer service. The best in NH.

I Had a chair delivered this morning ( 5-13-2021 ).Brian and Jovanny were great. Brian was very patient with my wife, explaining everything to her. I just had liposuction on my calves and 5 min before 5pm (they close at 5) today I called Charron medical and spoke to paula. My surgeon gave me long stretch ace bandages that were making me disfigured. Paula helped me over the phone choose a size and she's on her way to drop them off at my house! There's not many people out there that would take time out of there life to help a stranger, I can't thank you enough.

They were polite and took the time to help me without assuming the sale. Something that I appreciate. The woman assisting me truly took the time to help me. I went in for circaid wraps and they were able to order them and took the time to see if they could possibly bill insurance. I have health issues and usually buy medical supplies on Amazon. I'm shopping local now on. They were really helpful.
