Great experience at the Jewelers Workbench. Arthur is very professional and fast. He was able to fix my necklace while I was teaching a class nearby. The necklace broke while getting equipment out from the car. Other places asked to come back in couple work days but Arthur said he will do it same day. Life saver. Highly recommend

My wife's engagement ring was damaged. Any place I went either gave me a ridiculous price or a hideous time frame. Arthur reassured me that it can be done in couple hours and told us to just go shop around and come back once we are ready to go home. We returned in less than 2 hours and it was done. Arthur even polished it and it looked better than it was before. My wife and I were very pleased with price and how fast he fixed it. The place around the corner told us 2 weeks. Never going to another jeweler ever again. Will always recommend Arthur and the Jeweler's Workbench.

Recently I had the best experience with the Jewelers Workbench. My grandma’s ring needed to be retouched and resized. I am very picky about choosing the right jeweler who can do this work, as the ring has value to our family. I was lucky to find The Jewelers Workbench, Arthur who works here, explained all the details I was concerned about and the process of work needed to be done. Long story short, my grandma’s ring was done in an hour for an acceptable price (others would give me at least two weeks). I will definitely be coming back with my other jewels here and will recommend Arthur and Jewelers Workbench to my friends.

We could not be more grateful for Paul and his service today in Nashua. He went above and beyond to help pull off a special surprise 50th birthday gift for my husband. He is knowledgeable, timely, and honest. I will to trust him with all my jeweler needs in the future. We originally brought the watch elsewhere and retrieved it to have Paul repair it and replace the battery. Such a good guy. Thank you so much for being a part of our surprise.

This place always takes good care of us. My husband brings his 25 year old Raymond Weil watch here for cleaning & batteries. I have had my engagement & wedding bands sized a few times through the years, have had prongs checked, jewelry cleanings & a post fixed on a broken sapphire earring. Recently I brought a ring I recieved for Christmas in to be sized. Prices are very reasonable & turn around times are very quick! We will continue to be loyal customers!

Went to get some stones in a ring replaced a real simple job. First I asked for pink cubic zirconia and he instead put in a different type of stone. Then they called and said the ring was ready I went and nothing had been done and was given a harsh attitude when I said nothing had been changed. The stones fell out almost immediately and I couldn't wear it. Recently I could afford to take it to a different jeweler who said all the stones he put in were cracked and horribly done. On top of that he said there was a an old crack he didn't bother to bring up or fix. Super shady just go somewhere else

This place is INCREDIBLY shady. If you value your watch and want it to work, do not bring it here and especially do not get it serviced by Paul because he obviously knows nothing about how to repair watches.

I am FUMMING as I write this. This was a simple repair that I had my husband go do and it took a wild turn. The worker, Paul, should absolutely be fired. He completely broke my husbands watch when all that needed to be done was fix a crystal. When my husband complained, he ACCUSED my husband of trying to scam him which is a joke. My husband did not once ask for a refund, all he tried to do was tell Paul how he could provide better service in the future. Then Paul, who obviously can't take constructive feedback, said that he had my husband on camera from six months ago? OK why don't you pull that up because we have not ONCE been to your store. This was absolutely outrages, this jewelers workbench is shady and, as you can see from these other reviews, it is NOT the place to go for repairs.

Paul was extremely accommodating and polite. He resized a ring for me on the spot. Had it done in about 45 mins and even cleaned and polished it all up! Looks fantastic! Thanks Paul!

I came here for watch link removals and got ripped off 25 dollars, he decides to upcharge. This type of service cost 5-10 max. Felt tricked and will NEVER come back.

I waited two months for my watch to get fixed. When i asked if they were going to match the solid gold part they were replacing, would infact be solid gold as it was when i brought it in, the worker said it would be. He also explained it would cost extra, which I was fine with, as it was an expensive watch and I knew a repair would not be cheap to be done correctly. Well, found out it wasn't real gold after about 5 months, all of the "gold" is completely gone and it is all tarnished metal. Worst experience I have ever had. Will not be returning.
