This is regarding the incident happened with me in charlotte russe store located at Pheasant Lane Mall (310 Daniel Webster Hwy w253, Nashua, NH 03060).I got a promotional email from charlotte russe for the offers going on at the store. I visited the Charlotte russe store along with my wife at Pheasant Lane Mall at 8PM EST (5th may 2023) and saw some good offers as “Buy 1, Get 1 for $1”.I purchased the things I needed and paid the bill. After reviewing the Bill, I noticed that I did not receive any promotional offer discount which I was supposed to. When I talked to the employee at the billing counter, she admitted the mistake . I asked her to return the discount amount back to my credit card. She told me “That is not the store policy” and she can only give me the coupons as store credit, I was unaware of the policy as it was not stated clearly(not anywhere in the store) beforehand. When I told her that I wasn’t aware of this policy and requested the manager to return the discount amount to the bank account instead of store credit, the manager literally tried to shush us off, was behaving racist and used vulgar language. We felt “offended” and disgusted by her act. We were about to call 911 but did not as the employees appeared to be teenagers.I will never recommend charlotte russe to anyone ever again until some strict actions are taken against such kind of behavior. I wish there was a way to give the negative rating ..

This is the most disgusting store ever, the worst customer service rudest people ever , they literally shushed us out. They were racist, and used vulgar language towards us. I wish I could call 911 and inform them about it. I feel that charolette russe should give their employees some kind of training to their employees of how to be helpful. They are not clear on their store policies either, I literally would never recommend this store ever.

I was body shamed in this establishment. When I asked what sizes they had in store, the associate looked me up and down and said “we don’t go bigger than a large.” My friend and I had tried to call the store to discuss with a manager what happened, but it felt extremely brushed off and not taken seriously, as if WE were the inconvenience. Safe to say, I will never step in a CR again. I didn’t know we were talking to clients like this in 2023. I’d hate to hear what they say about anyone who resembles plus-sized behind their backs.

i lost my bag in this store and the employees were very unhelpful and rude with the situation. i am guessing because it was probably taken by them

Horrible customer service, employee was the only one working for three straight days and was angry at the boss and the employer and said that we should be thankful that she opened the store. I didn't appreciate that, if the owner is unable to get more employees, think about closing the store.

They love to body shame. Body shamming is a form of bullying & employee 999 was wrong for trying to indirectly direct a female to another store. You definitely lost me as a customer. Do better!

Dont shop here. Their employees are extremely rude. Their employees s will body shame you even tho they sell plus size clothing. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and will never speak d another fine at this establishment

Do Not Shop Here! I’ve always felt uncomfortable and judged by employees while at Charlotte Russe. Wasn’t surprised to find out the employees here think it’s appropriate to body shame customers.
