Straightforward and uncomplicated autoshop. A rarity in Nashua. I have had nothing but issues with other highly rated shops in the area. Brought my audi in for a service and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be a returning customer in the future.

Mike and his staff were very courteous and professional from start to finish with my service experience! Keeping me up to date with videos of the work that needed to be done, an explanation of why these services were needed and offered me coupons to save some money on my needed services. I found my new mechanic for my car needs!

I have been a customer here for a few years and I am very comfortable bringing my car here, because I trust them and never had a reason not too, rather then back to Merchants where I bought it because I don't trust them and have a few reasons not too.

I originally brought in my truck for a State Inspection sticker. Mike later called me to let me know he was working on the inspection when he found the tires appeared to need rotating and the front/read differentials needed to be flushed. He provided clear and concise reasons for these suggestions and also mentioned the warranties. I gave him the OK to proceed. I later picked up my truck and after driving it a couple minutes I noticed a loud whooshing sound coming from the rear. I called and was told to bring it right back so they can take a look. Within 30 minutes they had taken it for a ride, fixed the problem and I was back on the road. What I liked most is the urgency and care they displayed and the follow-up call asking how everything was going a couple days later.
