I highly recommend Rick Cardinal from Century 21. He sold my brother’s house for me which was an estate sale quickly and smoothly. Rick helped me through the whole process. He went over and above keeping an eye on the property for me, helping with preparation of the property and generally advice when needed. I can’t say enough about him. He was friendly, easy to work with honest and dependable.. you could count on what he said.

Randilyn was incredibly reliable, highly communicative and one of the best advisors throughout my entire home buying experience from start to finish. Rick Cardinal was exceptional and extraordinary to work with. A couple years ago, I purchased my condo in Nashua with the help from a Century 21 Cardinal realtor. I came back to work with this company due to their values and commitment to get the job done. This was my choice and would be again, even when I had moved halfway across the country to Missouri and had so many of these ‘easy’ remote realtor options .Rick worked with me remotely and took care of EVERYTHING seamlessly. I cannot express how much stress this saved me by working with someone that was completely dedicated to getting the job done. From meeting with my parents who were getting the home ready for sale, to the professional photos, to moving and rehoming furniture that I could not do (as I was not physically there) etc. This process was effortless. EFFORTLESS!!I have never physically been able to shake Rick Cardinal’s hand thank you - but next time I am in town to see my family, I am making a special trip just to say thank you to him in person. If this is your first or 100th time selling (or buying), you NEED Century 21 Cardinal.

If I could GIVE Richard Cardinal 100 stars I WOULD!!!He took on a interesting situation...me being from Texas and selling a home in NH and made it AMAZING!! He has handled this whole sale (which only took 12 days) so professional.Richard is very personable and honest and really helped with all aspects of getting the home ready to go on the market.I highly recommend using Richard for all your real estate needs such a seamless processI can not thank him enough I am so very grateful that we got to work with him!!!!!

Bought a condo from them. Supposed to be move in condition. No hot water $$$$$ ( don't know why the home inspector didn't catch that) there was a suction cup thing Hanging in the shower, covering a hole. $$$$$$ Washer and dryer still had last owners cloths in it. I have no idea where my mailbox is and no idea who or where the condo association is. After paying 360000 down. Wasn't expecting to have to sink thousands more into it. So now that my bills are who knows where (no mailbox) and my condo fees can't be paid ( because they never told me who or where to pay them) maybe all that info is in my mailbox???

Interesting experience.
First, not sure how these guys got 5 stars. Maybe the folks who wrote reviews had the last name of Cardinal.
Second, I'd also like to share that I'm writing this review 2+ years after dealing with both Karen Brown and Holly Countie at Cardinal.
I've been going back and forth about writing a review, and have finally decided to tell my story.
I spoke to Karen about selling my condo in Nashua. She was recommended by a colleague, and after some bad experiences with local realtors, I figured why not. She seemed ok, knowledgeable, etc.
One day we're talking and out of the blue she tells me that she's dealing with stuff, and Hollie is now my realtor. I asked her why she didn't mention this before, and her reply was, "Well I'm telling you now". Was really taken aback. A few days later, Karen, Holly and I meet in Panera. Holly was ok, and actually sold my condo fairly quickly. Only problem was, the couple who bought my condo also had Holly as THEIR realtor, since they were also selling their home in Lowell. Hmmmm.
Throughout the process of selling my condo, it became VERY clear very quickly that Holly's loyalty was leaning towards my buyer. I felt that throughout the entire transaction, which lasted the better part of 3 months, this was definitely the case.
While I would NEVER ever deny someone the opportunity to make a living, it was an awful experience.
Just wanted to share my story.

If you are looking for the best Realtor in the Southern NH area, look no further! Rick Cardinal is someone who has been in the business for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge with respect to the real estate industry. I approached him as a first time home buyer on April 21st to set up an initial meeting and I have already successfully closed on a multi-family property as of June 29th. As soon as I reached out to him, he immediately expressed his excitement over multi-family houses and made me feel very comfortable along the way. He truly made me feel like I was his ONLY customer at all times and when he says he works 7 days a week, believe me, he does. He is VERY responsive and explained everything in great detail. I never felt like I was pressured to make any type of decision, which is great. He was also very protective over my purchase and made sure that he was working in my best interest. I highly recommend Rick for your next home purchase or sale. He rocks!!!!!!!!
