Just brought my cat here for the first time for a checkup and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My cat is super scared of everything and they went out of their way to be gentle with her and go nice and slow. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable with everything they did. Prices are very fair as well. All in all great experience and I will be bringing my cats here from now on.

Customer service goes a long way. Apologizing for misunderstandings go a long way. My cat had a surgical appointment today. All over the paperwork and email for pre surgical instructions drop off is listed as 7:30-8:30am. I got there at 7:35 and doors were locked. I called. No one is there. Secretary opens the door at 7:55am. I asked if I had the wrong date (blaming myself for the misunderstanding first) she then says matter of factly “nope. It was told to you in the confirmation call. Schedule changes are part of life”
First, how about you ask nicely “did you happen to receive a confirmation call?” Then maybe apologize that there was a schedule change and you did your best to notify your customers.
Maybe call twice that week since it is a change to your normal schedule to make SURE your customer understood. Obviously I didn’t get the message. I wouldn’t have sat outside for half hour just to do it. I am not upset that I had to wait. I’m not even upset that they didn’t make an effort to really make sure customers knew. I’m upset at the attitude I received for it.
Schedule changes do happen but being rude and not having any customer service skills is exactly why I won’t return to this establishment ever
again. Maybe the secretary’s need more training because it looks like there are a few complaints on here regarding them.

New vet for us. Very caring. Very responsive.

Very, very expensive. Also unnecessary tests were required for my kitten like possible ringworm ( which turned negative). Spending $400 per visit is not sustainable in my opinion.
I felt like the main interest in this pet hospital is to get you to spend money.

So rude! While I was talking with their secretary trying to make an appointment for my cat. Secretary hang the phone on me didn’t lets me finish my sentence. I reached them by @, no apology for being rude, no name at the end of @. All I needed just to check my cat with possibly routine vax, and whatever my cat would need!
So good luck to new patients!!!!

Dr. Anne and all the staff are fantastic. It is the only place we take our cats. We have using T.C.D. since the 1990s.

Dr Anne took care of our cat Ziggy. She did a thorough examination. We have been to two vets in the past fews months and didn't have the confidence we had with Dr. Anne. We were referred by a friend who said her cats are seen by Dr. Anne as well. Said she loved Dr. Anne and so do we. Diane & John.

The doctors here are really great and knowledgeable. They’re patient, understanding, and explain things to us. I’d have rated 5 stars em if they were all I had to consider. The front staff however is unreasonably rude. I’ve spoken to a few different ladies over the phone and each one has responded to me with hostility after just one question. In 3 different visits we’ve had 3 rude interactions. One woman basically shamed us for accidentally coming in a day earlier than our appointment. Another was very condescending when we tried asking if they have any kind of specific policy with helping us adopt a stray. They are very quick to be annoyed and act like they don’t want to talk with you. If you can get past them the office is nice, but I expect a certain level of professionalism from somewhere I’m a client with and this behavior is making me consider changing vets. 1 star front staff and receptionists, 5 stars to the veterinarians.

I was at the Nashua location today (10/4/23) for my cat's annual wellness visit. I would give a 5 star rating for the doctor who examined my cat. She seemed very experienced and knowledgable on cats. I would however give zero stars if I could to the office admin navigating the front desk. She was extremely rude and behaved like she could not wait to get me out of there. I have been here multiple times and this has never happened before. I am now seriously contemplating moving to another friendlier vet practice. Thank you.

Great place. I have two very anxious cats who actually seem to like their doctor...(not so much the car ride). He was awesome with both of them!

It took 2-3 weeks to get my dying kitty in to be seen. I had to go to a storefront place who didn't bother to call them about the emergency. oh, well, nothing anyone could do. Vet Big Business should be outlawed; they monopolize and drive away the good vets to other parts of the country. I think this place was ok. I did want the (tumor) biopsied but no one listened to me, not family either.
