I used to come here often to sell Gold coins. At first, Mitchell would give me a good deal very close to the spot price, but the more I kept going, the more he would rip me off. Once I sold him 3 rare coins with the intention of going back in 30 days to buy them back. When I came back to buy them, he told me that he had them sent away to be melted! He did this with no warning or anything even though he knew I was planning on returning to buy them back! Stay away from this store, especially Mitchell! He has no idea how to treat his customers properly and can barely speak English. I don’t know how he’s been in business for so long!

Always kind and considerate with professional service. I se a 1 star review saying they were uncomfortable shopping here? They obviously didn’t understand the sense of humor and vibe set by the owners here. I love coming here and chatting up about random things while I shop for my jewelery. Owner remembers me and my family and always asks how they are. Very family like and with a pure heart I love coming here just to see Mitchell gale and Denise they are all amazing :) if you are uncomfortable and want to deflect anything they ask you I am sure you will not be pressed as it is never personal beyond the shopping experience

Went to Tradeland first and was offered little money. Cash for gold next door offered almost double the money! Gentleman with the accent was extremely professional and nice, highly recommend

i went here to have my clasp on my gold chain replaced. Mitchell replaced my clasp with 14k for $50. One store downtown wanted 3 times as much...he was nice and showed me some other chains and pendants in the shop. will be back soon

I don't know where all of these 5 start reviews came from, maybe family and friends, but that was not my experience here yesterday. Very rude and was the most uncomfortable I've ever been in a store. Kept asking if I was married or single and and who the president should be. Kept making jabs at me when I was telling him what the money was for. I don't know if it's maybe different with men going in there, but you couldn't pay me to walk back in there. I'd give it less stars if i could especially since i went out of my way to go here since the reviews were great.

I went to trade land next door and they said 1600 for two coins I wanted to sell, and got 1875 here, same items. Very nice guy, definitely recommend here!
