Honestly I think some of these reviews are unreasonable. For the price, what do you expect? There are some problems but the maintenance team always comes by right away and do great work and the folks in the office have always been extremely kind and understanding.

The maintenance people here have always done a great job at fixing whatever project I've had in my apartment. They are always polite and professional. They show what they did and how to maintain it. Also they always clean up when they finish.

Boulder Park was my first experience ever renting and honestly? It wasn't a great one. In the interest of being fair and honest there were some positives which I will mention, but a ton of negatives that overall made it not worth it.Pro's:- Location: Centralized location. Easy to get to Downtown Nashua, Manchester, and Boston quickly.- Maintenance: Maintenance team was always quick and kind when something needed to get fixed- Staff: (Generally) Nice for the most part. But can come off as passive aggressive, even if you bring up issues politely and respectfully.- Snow removal: Always on time and thorough. Would only be better if other residents actually paid attention to the instructions as to when to move their cars.Cons:- Price: For a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment I was paying $1,650/month UTILITIES NOT INCLUDED. Plus no in-unit laundry ($5+ for one wash and dry cycle!). On top of that if you wanted to pay rent with a card it was an extra $50 "convenience fee." Absolutely ridiculous considering the following issues.- Security: It's an absolute joke. During the year that I lived here I had $175 worth of packages stolen out of the mailroom in my building. The door locks frequently break or do not work, giving easy access to the mailroom and the apartment itself. When I inquired if they would be installing security cameras, they told me they were not going to and that it isn't their responsibility. Yet they had the nerve to send emails during the holidays telling us about packages being stolen, and implying it was our fault for not picking them up immediately. Some of us are working when packages are dropped off, and sometimes (in my case) the packages were stolen within less than an hour of delivery. It should be Boulder Park's responsibility to ensure the safety of our deliveries and families by having proper security.- Design: The apartments are heavily outdated and ugly. It looks like they haven't been properly renovated since the 90s, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas. The closet doors in the bedroom frequently fell off the tracks and were rusty and loud. Instead of massive landscape projects, they should put money into interior renovations instead. The appliances were also very old and required maintenance frequently. You think they would just replace them at that point.- Security Deposit: At the end of my lease they took $100ish from my security deposit for a very minor carpet stain. Really felt like they were trying to squeeze out money- Speed bumps: Way too many unnecessarily large speed bumps just to get to the parking lot for the your building. It definitely took a toll on my car's suspension, no matter how slow I went over them.Other comments:Overall, DO NOT RENT, the price is not worth all of the issues. Look for other, more affordable and quality places in the Nashua or surrounding areas, because they're out there. My partner and I now live in a nice, fully renovated and modern duplex, 2 bed 1 bath, with nice, responsible landlords upstairs who actually care about the space and let us have our dog without a pet fee. The best part? We split the rent, and I'm paying $725 less a month than I was before, and she isn't overpaying for her first apartment. Don't get scammed.

The management office is run by some of the worst hens in the region. Sold me the wrong unit and then lied about it. When I pulled up the paperwork proving it, they just became contentious, blamed me, and moved the goalposts. I was happy to leave with my deposit. Renter beware of this risk. This was about 7 months ago so I don't know if the same folks are there.

Our experience at boulder park was OK at best. Great location, outside lighting for building 11 was awful. Pretty much need a flashlight to get from your car to the building. Property management could use a lot of improvement. Then at the end of our lease we got charged to replace the entire carpet for 2 small stains.

Very clean, very friendly staff and a great area. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, and anything we have an issue with in the apartment maintenance is quick and friendly. They do a great job at keeping shared facilities clean, and upkeep of the buildings. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The property manager Kelly is not a pleasant person. She is until you sign and then once you've signed and they've got your money you don't get to actually see your own apartment that's the risk here. Show me a renovated apartment but you won't see the one that you actually want. This is a classic bait and switch. I would never rent an apartment if I didn't see the actual apartment that I was going to be in not one that they showed you as a pretty example. The buildings are old need a lot of maintenance. It's freezing in the winter and broiling in the summer. The fact that you actually get charged to throw trash in the dumpster is beyond me I've never seen that in an apartment complex. The area is fairly nice up above the apartments are these condominiums and there's been an ongoing battle with residents from the apartments trespassing with their dogs not cleaning up etc. A lot of people in these apartments that do not seem to respect private property I know there's a lot of section 8 housing you have that in all of nashua's apartments not just in Boulder Park.it is nice up in the condos but like I said it's private property you're not supposed to be up there and people just seem to continue to ignore it Kelly refuses to do anything about it. The lawsuit against Princeton properties could obviously change their minds about that sort of thing. I recommend looking elsewhere and to put it honestly I recommend looking at other properties that are not owned by Princeton they seem to go downhill whenever they come in and buy properties. You're much better off getting together with a couple of friends and renting a nice house.

Beautiful community, well maintained grounds, very quiet, kids playing area, pool, gym, tennis courts, storage spaces. Found to be amongst the cheapest around the time I signed lease. Likely cheap due to dated apartments. Kitchen was a bit dated too. But everything is very functional and they have pretty good maintenance team highly responsive. Overall very satisfied.

My goodness the two rude hens in the office was nothing short of outrageous. When you get asked questions that could be considered a HUD violation, and call them out on it, they just don't even care.Read your lease. Know your legal rights in NH and don't listen to a word these two have to say. If you get pushback from them, just call an attorney and get a consultation.

I have been here for 2 years now. I was surprised at the posted reviews. Yes, the windows are older and a bit drafty, but everything else here is really good! My unit is updated (maybe there are some that are not yet, but they have hundreds of units to maintain). The location is second to none! It is right off of the highway and near anything that you would need (Market Basket, Banks, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance!). The grounds are beautiful and there are sidewalks for walking. The buildings are clean, secure and safe. In addition to all of that, the staff takes all of the pain out of the "leasing" process and makes it easy- all online and efficient. They are also very responsive to maintenance calls. AND-pool, fitness center, and on-site storage units!! What else can you ask for?? Do not miss an opportunity to see this place for yourself. Best apartment complex in Nashua!!

I had lived there 34 years ago, and my son has lived there for the past 4 years. The buildings remain the same ,no improvements, windows remain the same aluminum drafty ones. Plastic needed over every window during the winter. Carpet that is disgusting. Same kitchen appliances, basic old. Wonder what you do with the increase every year of rent? Over 1500 for 2 bedrooms, 34 years ago less than 600.Gordon Harris
